This place is horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. We ordered pizza to pick up and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we went to pick it up, they had given our order to a door dasher. I had to ask what they were doing about our order because no one addressed it to us and they told us they would have to redo our order because they gave our order to the wrong person. Then we are told “but don’t worry there wont be a charge for your order, it will be free” That is the only reason we waited and we had to wait for another 45 minutes longer for the 2nd order to be remade. Then when it was finally done she told my daughter we had to pay full price for it. When she said I thought it would be free because of their mistake she said “oh no you I’m sorry misunderstood me but I meant you wouldn’t have to pay this one and for the original order we gave to the wrong person.” Then when I got upset about it, they didn’t even apologize, but they just told me I didn’t need to get so mad about it.

When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed it had been given to a door dasher. They said my order would be remade and it would be free. Original order was supposed to be done at 5:30, didn’t get remade order until 6:10. When my order was finally done, I was told it would be full price and she had meant when she told me it was going to be free that I didn’t have to pay for the order that was given to someone else. Clearly, the door dash recipient who received my pizza order got their order for free but I had to wait an extra 40 minutes and received no discount. Won’t be back to this location.

I understand they were busy, and I had to wait 10 minutes past when I was scheduled to pick up my pizza. That’s no problem, to be expected when the order before yours was at least 25 pizzas for one customer. My problem is the quality of the pizza. It looked like it had been setting for quite some time( way more than the 10 minutes I had to wait past the pickup time) It was not even warm, and looked dehydrated. The ham strips, mushrooms looked like they were dehydrated and there was no pizza juice(grease for lack of a better word). Overall very disappointing, I will be calling the store tomorrow am

I made an order online and its a frequent order and I have never complained but I had a pizza burnt in spots with a crust folded over and inedible in places. The pizza is so wildly unevenly cut that no two people have the same amount of pizza and inwatched the cashier cut it with the dirtiest pizza cutter with topping dripping off of it. Hand washing isnt a practive here either. Though the cashier seemeded sweet it was saccharin and when I requested a reciept she seemed very put out to print it off. There was someone that had walked in and she stopped mid order and conversation to hand me my pizza when in reality she should have completed the transaction she was doing forst not interrupted someone and pushed them out of the way to hand me my pizza. Poor quality food and unprofessional behavior here. I would prefer my pizza not even be cut if it means they arent even and having the cross contamination of other pizza while doing it is wild.

Tried calling in a ordered. 2 different phone numbers. Both local and main number. I couldn’t understand them and asked for someone else. They hung up. They call back and hung up 2nd time. They need to fix this. It’s going to be a long time before I try again.

This Pizza Hut it is a very low quality Pizza Hut on top of that they charge $1.29 per Parmesan packet. That’s ridiculous. I will not be returning. Pizza was cold and they were slow so it made no sense
