I just tried Pizza Hut for the first time here in Missouri. I’m originally from Illinois and it’s not very good up there, but I was hoping maybe a different state would be the difference. I was wrong… it’s worse down here. My hand tossed pizza was as thin as a thin crust, and the thin crust (what I normally prefer) was basically just crust. Absolutely disgusting pizza. The breadsticks were ok, but very greasy for some reason. The prices they have this “food” at is absurd for the quality. What is worse that picking up my own pizza they ask for a tip when paying with a card. That’s wild!!!

I could have went to Godfathers, paid $10 less for the same food, and actually had edible pizza. Needless to say I will never be a customer of Pizza Hut ever again.

I never thought I’d be more dissatisfied than Dominos, but hey Pizza Hut said hold my beer! Nothing was made night, paid for a 5 meat pizza and got a sprinkling of pork or beef couldn’t tell and 6 little cupped pepperonis on a large pizza. 98% cheese. Worst pizza I think I’ve ever had….

I tried the new salad it is so fresh and delicious. I tried both the Cesar dressing and their ranch both are fantastic! My husband wanted pizza so it was perfect, him and my daughter ate pizza and I ate their new delicious salad! I hope they bring it to all locations! I highly recommend!

We love the pizza and breadsticks. We stopped one night to get the BiG New Yorker. We loved the pizza but it sure didnt look like the ones they advertise. Went pretty cincy on pepperoni.

We dont eat at Pizza Hut much anymore since we dont have the option to sit down and we arent the biggest fans of taking it home to eat. Skimping on the toppings like this wont drive us back any sooner either.

Ordered a 1 topping pizza online and completely forgot to add my topping. (Totally on me, I get that.)

Customer service was crap. I offered to buy the topping on the side, even though I already paid for a 1-topping pizza without the topping. Apparently there’s no way to do it and the manager wanted me to pay for a whole new pizza.

I totally understand that I totally goofed, but it’s the same price with or without my topping, I just wanted to add the pepperoni. I dont understand why I couldn’t just pay for pepperoni?

On top of that, the food was sub par, removing the fact that it had no toppings. Chicken for the wings were old. I just super hard regret eating out, I wish I didn’t waste all my money.

EDIT AS OF THIS MORNING: I’m only changing this because the manager Tommy, that I spoke to this morning was much nicer and more helpful. He made sure my order was refunded and apologized many times for what happened last night. I will probably never order from this one again but I appreciate the help he gave me.

Ordered a pizza at 807 pm, called around 845 to see where it was at, the person I spoke to said they were turning down my street and should be there soon, another 25 minutes passes and nothing. I called the store back and asked about it, they said it was delivered. Definitely was not. I asked for a refund and asked why the driver wouldn’t 1. Knock and deliver it or 2. Confirm the address and not deliver it if he was not at the right address. I provided my number to call if needed. The manager I spoke to was decent because it’s not his fault his driver is incompetent. But I barely received an apology and it seems to be a reoccurring problem at this place. I’ve seen other reviews that state people didn’t get their refund back but I’ll make damn sure of it. Implement better communication practices and training for the drivers, it’s really not difficult to do. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it, do better.
