This is more so about the delivery service. It was quick enough and arrived on time, but picture my situation:
I don’t live in town, and I’m in a house by myself in which every ten minutes or so I hear tires screeching on the road just outside. I don’t feel safe. I want a good dinner– some comfort food. I order Pizza Hut and in my delivery instructions, I ask for an oddly specific knock as to know exactly who I’m opening the door for.
This instruction was completely ignored.
Even the sillinest sounding requests can have a good reason behind them, and at least one delivery driver here doesn’t understand that.
Don’t worry, I still tipped.

One of there drivers backed into my car at my apartment complex and wasn’t even delivering to me, and they won’t take responsibility for it and neither is he or his insurance won’t pay for it either!!!!!

I decided to order the new hot honey pepperoni pizza from this location. And I called to asked them if I could get a replacement because my pepperonis are so burnt that they literally look like meatballs. The manager said this is how the pizza is supposed to look. So I’ll drop a picture so someone else will know not to order this pizza if they don’t like their pizzas burnt.

I came here one day got excellent service got a crafted pizza with all meat toppings and it was delicious. Came here today to get the same thing and told I could only add one meat. I said I was here two weeks ago and got what I wanted and was advised that I shouldn’t have. Not sure when pizza but decided you couldn’t put the toppings you want on a pizza but that’s terrible business decision. Won’t be back

Manager working 7/27 at 6pm doesn’t give any kind of customer service. Ordered through the app and asked for a pizza to be delivered at 745 because we were still out of town a ways. I get a text message saying that it will be delivered at 630. Called the store and the options were put it in the warmer for an hour to pick up (which I was told would over cook it), they deliver and leave on the porch for over an hour or cancel the order. Just cancelled. Honestly they could have marked it as delivered, made it fresh closer to time and delivered at 745 so their customer satisfaction times wouldn’t be messed up and I would have been happy with that option.

Great staff. Tje delivery driver’s seriously care about the customers and the cooks care about the quality of the food that comes out of their store. You can tell that the GM has really done a number at the store to turn it around for the better.

Horrible service with extremely rude comments…. for one no acknowledgement when we walked in for pick up… ok no problem… the fat guy made a comment about the 20% tip we left… ok no problem dont think we’ll be ordering from this establishment for quite some time very rude staff ….

The manager that worked on the night of the December 1 was the rudest most unprofessional, miserable worker I’ve ever encountered. I spent a lot of money with Pizza Hut. Don’t know that I’ll ever use them again.

If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. Normally I would on any given day say Pizza Hut is our favorite anytime we get pizza they are our go to. Today was a massive downhill crapshow. I went to order pizza online thru the app. Had a 25 percent off order in my inbox and used that ordered my food paid in full online thru the app and waited. Deliver driver was late and when he showed up said okay you owe this amount which funny enough was the amount I was saving with my discount. I said no I paid in full online and called the store and showed the driver my receipt on the app my bank showing it took out and even the 25 percent off that I was given. Did the store lead fix the issue? No. He did not. So instead of getting the food I paid for they ended up saying they would cancel the order and put it as refunded since it showed “delivered”. Put that i owed that money that was taken off for my discount. Like okay what a joke you even said you had other customers with issues online but couldn’t come up with a better solution to fix the problem so me and my family could eat. Will definitely not be ordering from the north kansas location after this was so badly handled.
