Ordered 01/26/26 and this location took really great care of us! We’re from out of town and ended up totaling our car which led us to stay at hotel across the road. Not only was the food great and arrived on time but the people on shift were very kind and courteous. Just wanted to shout these guys for all they did and helping turn around our crappy day.

The customer service is not the best. We live literally -one- mile down the road and always tip 20 percent or more, yet our order almost always takes a very long time to reach us. Our last order took an hour because the driver went all the way to Springfield first, and by the time our pizzas arrived they were cold. If they’re busy, that’s one thing, but there’s no reason for the food to not be fresh when we are 5 minutes away.

The worst pizza I had at this Pizza hut. The pizza was cold like it sat out for a while before they cut it. the crust looked like it was freezer burnt before they cooked it. It tasted like you were eating shoe leather. Not a hot fresh pizza. This place needs better training.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a place to eat! The girl that took the phone order was extremely rude! She put me on hold 3 times playing music while not 1 time telling me she was putting me on hold. She got really mad just bc I had a coupon and asked about why the order was $35 when coupon said $25. Just extremely hateful! She shouldn’t be taking orders if she can’t handle it! This Pizza Hut has had a bunch of problems and I keep trying to give them Business and give them a chance but this will for sure be the last time I feel like this bc an employee can’t handle taking a simple order!

Always a great option for a quick and delicious dinner! This location is the closest to our home and when they said we were outside the delivery radius they offered to meet us half way in a church parking lot, very impressed with the service! Oh, and the best marinara sauce around!

Food is amazing. Delivery takes a few hours even if you are nearby, so just be prepared for that! Have a snack nearby in case you get hungry while waiting for the pizza to come.
