I ordered a pizza online for pickup. I got all the way down to the pay screen and it asked me to tip, I skipped it because it was pickup and the app repeated and asked again to tip for OUR MEMBERS. I declined again because it was for pickup. When I get to the store, the person at the counter asked me to sign something, and I said it’s already paid for and she said well this gives you an opportunity to Tip. I walked out without my pizzas and will never go back. 3 times in one pickup order I was asked to tip. First of all, they are not my team members , I’m a customer FULL STOP. 2nd, asking for tips for pickup orders is every bit of SOCIALISM disguised as helping another person. Socialism has ZERO room in the United States of America. I tip extremely well when it’s dine in or delivery, but to be asked 2-3 times for pickup is 100% Socialism. 1 time is too many for pick up. I Blame the CEO’s and Booard Members because they are the ones at fault. I will never be a patron of Pizza Hut again.

Ordered 2 pizzas, waited 30 minutes in the lobby for them to tell me they “lost” my order. Not really sure how you can lose 2 pizzas. Waited a total of 40 minutes for 2 pizzas. 0/10 go to dominoes. Maybe they have actual competent workers.

The cook at the republic location is amazing. Chris i believe is his name, we never have any issues when hes working. We go there a lot and now only go when hes working. To many issues other wise. The place is a little depressing mostly, but chris makes jokes and kinda brings the place to life .

I am given them a 1 star because I had a order for $53 dollars and some cents but couldn’t receive my food for pickup because I was trying to pay with a $100.00 bill and that exceeds their $20.00 back for change and even the manager denied the service unless I meet the $20 change or use a card. I asked if I was eating inside would this still be the same and she said yes. So I left them with their $53.00 pizza order. And went to Casey which took my $100. And gave me change back.

I stood at the “please wait to be seated” sign what seems like forever before I was finally helped. The lady took my order at the register and said she’d bring my drink out to me while my food was being fixed. She didn’t bring me my drink until 20 minutes later. Never checked on my or asked if I needed a refill the whole time I was there. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Very disappointed in the quality of food received. Ordered four different orders of wings and three of them had so little sauce that it wasn’t enough to distribute it amongst all of them. Don’t live close enough to the store to go back, so reached out and received zero communication for a company that says they are for customer satisfaction. Seems we are skimping on quality and service.

We received great customer service this evening! Our pizza was ready about 15 minutes after we called it in. And it’s perfect! Not greasy at all and the perfect amount of everything. Great job!
