The food was ok sauce was cold and only ok. You get a tiny marina cup that is not enough to cover all cheese sticks it is enough for maybe 3 cheese sticks. Not to mention it is only half full. Delivery didn’t bring the extra sauce. Come on pizza hut you use to be good what happened. Disappointed. Didn’t get the Parmesan shaker either

I used to order from this location multiple times weekly and seems like the last 6 months or longer it has really went down hill. Last time I ordered my boneless wings they were pink inside, not cooked whatsoever. They gave me credit and ordered again today. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and spongey wings. I ordered wings, fried, and a dr. Pepper, the wings were fine and the doctor pepper was normal. But it looked like someone took a small handful of fries and tossed them in a big container. There was hardly any and the fries definitely aren’t the cheapest.

Had a recent order- store has drastically improved since my last visit in December. Staff over the phone were quick and polite and helpful with me using an old coupon. The front counter lady was very friendly. I forgot my pepsi and called back the store and the manager was very cool about it. Made my day.

Ordered back in March part of my order was missing and the wings were wrong flavor so the store emailed me gave me a credit that allegedly was under my phone number but whenever I called the store and gave the phone number they said there’s no such credit and it’s just been a nightmare all over a mistake of theirs. I don’t feel like they want to make it right so we will continue getting pizza elsewhere

09/04/24 Made an online order and swung by this restaurant to pick it up. I walk in, and I’m not 100% sure what has happened to their lobby area but there’s nothing in it anymore. Not a big deal just something I didn’t know happened, so it seems as if this is a takeout only store. You would think that their customer service is better, there were two workers both who made eye contact with me on multiple occasions and nobody came up for about 8 to 10 minutes until I eventually reached out and said something meanwhile a line of two other people piled up behind me while I was waiting. My order was already done and they just did not seem to care that I had been waiting there for that long. After I left I’m pretty sure they went back to what they were doing and didn’t even help the guests that were in line behind me.
