The food is great 90% of the time, biggest problem I’ve had was wait time. Sometimes its ready and waiting for you perfectly on time…. others you might be waiting the whole cook time after your original pick up time. The staff has always been really nice and the food had been fresh.

Today at the Mount Vernon, Mo location I met the most beautiful soul at this pizza hut in Mount Vernon. She was nice and courteous. She was working alone so I could tell she was overloaded with duties but she still handled everything with poise and professionalism. The Crafted flatbread was off the charts. The Cinnabon were mouth melting and the breads ticks were scrumptious. The presentation of every order was perfect. Thankyou Cindy.

On the phone, I was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after the call. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter before I yelled back to the kitchen to ask if I could have my pizza. She told me she was busy and then proceeded to make a bunch of pizzas because she didn’t have time to bring mine so I never got pizza because they were too busy to come to the counter and take my payment and give me the pizza they made

I ordered a medium supreme pan pizza. The guy who waited on me said he had a large instead, I totally didn’t understand that! When we got home to eat it, it was absolutely horrible. The crust tasted doughy like it wasn’t cooked through, everything fell off if you tried to pick it up. I have to say, this was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten from pizza hut. I was going to go back in and complain but my mom didn’t want me to.
I will not order from this location again, with the price of food these days it’s a real blow getting food that you’ve paid good money for but cannot eat. Highly disappointed!

When my order was delivered, it was totally incorrect. I called the Mount Vernon, MO store and spoke with them. Then, immediately, drove there with said order/receipt. They were very apologetic and did amazing with getting it all correct. Those girls did a great job. It was frustrating, initially, but mistakes happen and they did a great job of fixing it all.
