Want to give 5 stars on everything, but this is the 2nd or 3rd time that my order hasn’t been correct. Just moved here the end of 2025 and already miss the other Pizza Hut. Ordered beef and the 2 different types of pepperoni for this New Yorker pizza, they straight up did not put beef on it, which is weird because the other pizza on the same order had beef

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating as we came in to eat with our kids. They let our son take a balloon with him too! I would do 5 stars except the shakers at the table were fairly dirty, and one of our pizzas was a bit in the dryer side. Toppings were really good. Highly suggest trying their mild buffalo wings. Pepperoni and ham are our favorite toppings because it’s little ham slivers that crips up nicely. The inside was super clean and well maintained. Coloring books and crayons for kids which was also really nice. There is currently a petition for the salad bar to be brought back inside that should be noted and signed. The manager at this location is also really good at advertising, and is considerate of everyone.

I was on vacation and the rental house I was staying at was 4 1/2 miles from their location. I spoke to their employee Joey on the phone and he told me that he would do me the favor and come on out and bring me the pizza for the kids. I was very impressed with his customer service and his level of professionalism. He personally showed up to the house with the Pizza and I was very happy with my experience. Keep up the good work, Joey.

DO NOT GO HERE! Placed order online, CC was charged and I had a confirmation on my phone. Showed up to get pizza and they had nothing ready and said they didn’t have an order under my name. Showed them my confirmation and told them my CC was charged and he said “nothing I can do about it”. Told me to go online and fill out a complaint and maybe get my money back in 4 to 5 business days. Asked for a manager and the iddiot I was talking to said he was the manager. Completely incompetent and this is not the first issue with them.

We are frequent visitors of pizza hut . Everytime I come in the manager and the staff are always so nice and very friendly. The atmosphere is always very welcoming when we visit. Very clean restaurant and clean bathrooms.The food and the service is excellent and that’s why we keep coming back. I would recommend pizza hut for a great night out to eat with the family.

Nasty! We used to get good pizza. I ordered online several days ago. I PAID for extra cheese on both of my pizzas. When my son picked the pizza up and brought it home, it had barely any cheese at all, much less extra! My husband got mad and called Pizza Hut. The manager, I assume, Tracy, answered. My husband told her he wanted a refund because the pizzas were terrible. We hadn’t eaten them. My husband was mad but didn’t use foul language, just let them know he was mad. Tracy said to bring the pizzas back and they would fix it. My husband said no because we live 25 minutes south of Salem. He said he’d never come back again and said forget it. About 20 minutes late, Tracy called me and stated that she would give a full refund if I wanted to come get it tonight. I told her I would tomorrow. I told her it was the 6th or 7th time we paid but did not receive extra cheese. She said she had nothing to do with it and never saw the pizza! I did go get my refund the next day. I had to say excuse me REPEATEDLY to get someone to acknowledge me. I did NOT get an apology of any kind. They need to be put out of business!! Btw, my dog got most of the pizza because it was so bad.
