I ordered food for my son, my cousin and I. I ordered $90 worth of food, easy to do. I’m not mad about the prices, not their fault. Although there was a bit of a mess up, we are all human. The manager on shit, she went above and beyond. I am extremely grateful for the great customer service that was provided.

Very disappointing experience. For 30$ that included extra cheese on my pizza, the pizza itself was sloppy and poorly presented the extra 1.50$ charge. Overall presentation for pizza and cinnamon sticks was SAD. Showing pics of the entire order and receipt in hopes of helping future customers make better decisions than I did today. Can’t believe I spent 30$ on this.

Ordered Pizza that never came. Told me it was assigned to Door dash not to one of their drivers so they couldnt deliver it themselves. Just about the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Staff knows nothing. WiFi password did not work and they didn’t know how to make it work. Waitress was terrible. Couldn’t remember to bring straws or anything so she had to make multiple trips when one was necessary. Won’t be going back there. Food was good tho.

I was disappointed with my order for 3 reasons:
1. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and I arrived there after 20 – 25
minutes and still had to wait another 5 minutes or so.
2. I requested that 2 of the 3 pizzas cut into squares and only one was.
3. I didn’t get the marinara sauce for my cheesy bread sticks.
The employee was very polite and happy to help. When he brought my order out I asked if he could open the back door and set it in the seat. He did so with a smile and without hesitation. The food tasted great.

Just left Pizza Hut in fulton for the buffet and it was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. When me and my family went in they put us at a table that wasn’t wiped down. He used his bare hand to wipe the crumbs off the table. Everything was picked over hardly anything left. Didn’t even bother to replenish any of it. Pizza looked like day old pizza my son found what looked like mold on the meat of his pizza slice. The salad bar was a joke, the lettuce was brown no cheese all toppings were wiped out. I understand that it was only $9.99 a person and you get what you pay for, but it was horrible. When I paid I complained and he didn’t say I’m sorry or anything. I will never eat there again.

Food good, service bad. Pizza arrived 1 hour after I got message saying it was out for delivery. Got excuses after 10 minute wait on phone when I called because it was “only 30 minutes late” at that time. Had to wait another 20 minutes for it to actually get here. We live in a town of 13k people. Nowhere in town is more than 10 minutes away. I should not have to reheat “fresh” pizza as soon as it arrives. However the pizzas themselves were made with quality ingredients and made as ordered, hence 2 stars instead of one.

This place is horrible. I ordered a personal pan with pork, black olives, extra cheese and sauce and they forgot the black olives.
To add more irritation, I had to wait 30+ minutes for my wings as they couldn’t get it right and they had to redo them three times. Poor demonstration of active listening. I asked for bone-in medium buffalo and they kept bringing me mild buffalo.
