Was just picking up an order for someone and the employee grabbing pizza out the oven was clearly upset and aggressively throwing trays for the pizza around. It was loud and you could hear her muttering words under her breath. Just seemed uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Forgot the drink. When we called to ask for a refund they answered the phone saying “We are closed”. I explained what was going -‘s I was told the GM is the only one who can do a refund. Issue is that no one knew when the GM would be back.

The employees are always kind and friendly! I patiently waited 30-40 minutes for 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks, and 8 wings (I think something went wrong unexpectedly) and they refunded my money without me asking which was super nice and much appreciated.

It is very difficult to go to Pizza Hut on Nifong because their delivery driver who has no handicap placard and no handicap tag always takes up the only handicap spot while she sits in the store doing nothing until she has to make a delivery. She has never delivered to us when we have ordered takeout so I don’t know what exactly she does besides just sit there and take up the only handicap spot available when we stop there this evening she came out and gave me a dirty look because I wanted to park in a handicap spot and I couldn’t.
And this location does not accept debit cards credit cards or any other kind of plastic card whatsoever you have to have cash only.

Well hello fellow hungry people!
So….
We had an issue with how our pizzas came out, the dough was either not cooked thoroughly or improperly prepared. It was frustrating because it was not even close to what you would expect concerning quality but whenever paying $50 to feed a family of three. We then had a communication issue with the staff when trying to have the order fixed. We were given store credit and because I was hangry and couldn’t afford a different order from a different place I called back less than 5 minutes later to use the credit to reorder the pizza. I realize I’m being nitpicky but it was a little over the top as far as frustration levels expected when ordering pizza. We ordered a different crust and got the pizza just a little bit later. The Hut had then successfully fulfilled its duty.
But…
Every store and every person has their off days. I have eaten there beforehand and had nothing but good times . One bad meal (which was replaced and redelivered at no cost to my family) doesn’t mean the place isn’t worth your business because it normally is!

P. S. –
‘Member those little “Pizza Table” or “Pizza Saver” white plastic dealies that came in the middle of your pizza back in the day? I used to “decorate” them into picnic tables so I could play “TeaTime” Barbies while my very sweet older brother would use his Ninja turtles. Those tables inspired a cardboard box duplex created so that Barbie could hang out with the turtles like April did in the cartoon.

P P. S. –
Do you remember what you did, way back in the day (if anything) when you got your pizza and then there it was, that little “Pizza Table”! A part of you wants to play with it but the other part of you realizes that it is standing in the way of you and the pizza separation process that typically must come before consumption.

We were there Jan 18th. It has been completely rebuilt. We called the order in ahead of time. They do have limited seating – althought there was about 12 of us for a kids party. There was 2 booths, and 4 other tables that seat 4 (if I’m not mistaken). So small parties would work well. But service was GREAT, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a pretty loud and rambunctious group.

There has been a HUGE renovation. There is no longer a buffet or salad bar. They do have a drink station. You do have options to order 2 liters. It was extremely clean and everything was pretty much brand new.

I’ve been here for an hour and half waiting on an order trying to earn a living and they took all my time that I had to make a decent living for the night cause I waited for this order for an hour and a half! I’m so disappointed and annoyed with this Pizza Hut

I wanted to express with expletive language, but I will refrain. We came in to order a two topping pizza. Was told 25 minutes, we paid and then waited….. 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza to be cooked. Was so annoyed didn’t check the pizza before got home to eat. You can see in the picture what a mess I got. I know this is a locally owned business, I like keeping my money in my community but this is unacceptable better training and quantity management would do this place good.

I placed an order online that totaled $54.65 and the app said it would be delivered at 6:47pm. At 7:07 I called Pizza Hut and was told to be patient they were down to one driver. I called back at 7:31 because the tracker Pizza Hut sends says it was delivered but it wasn’t. I was told not to trust the app it’s wrong all the time. I called back at 8:32pm. I cancelled my order and I was told the $54.64 would be refunded. I was told the food would be delivered and just turn the driver away with the food. The driver with the food never came and the $54.65 was never refunded. I’ve called back numerous times and have been told to call back tomorrow. I’ve emailed Pizza Hut Corporation and pending an investigation.
