We stopped by on a Sunday for the buffet and and our server was Hailey. Unfortunately for her, she was the only server and was slammed with more customers than her, and only 2 other employees could almost keep up with. We watched the buffet run out as soon as they would put pizza out. My family and I just waited and chatted. During this time, I observed the lengths these 3 employees went for customers. They are fast, efficient, very kind, customer service was for more friendly than I would expect in something as busy as what I saw. Some people were not only hungry but also “hangry”. Despite the challenge, all 3 workers kept going, and Hailey, our server who served us and countless others while we were there, still kept a smile on a friendly face with a welcoming tone. We will be back. Not only for the pizza, which was worth the wait, but to experience proper customer service. Thank you Hailey and staff from Eldon Pizza Hut.

Any time I order Pizza Hut, I always order it for pick up. I get to the window and nobody ever opens the window!! I waited there for over 20 minutes today before anyone came to the window. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I would have just left if it wasn’t already paid for.

Gave us somebody else’s pizza. Bread sticks were burnt and they didn’t give me the garlic sauce like I asked. They’re expensive as well. Eldon should put in a dominos since they know how to get the job done.

Shouldn’t have an app for this place if it doesn’t work it took my points and sent the order to this address and somehow my order was the only thing that didn’t send yet they took my points? 2nd time I’ve had a terrible experience with this place and I highly recommend against ever going here.
