Went in on Feb 1st 2026 with my 13 year old son. We both had afternoon lunch buffet which was fine. We didn’t get our drinks until we already finished our first plates of food and had to ask for refills. The lady who was supposed to bring them to us was busy with cleaning up tables but she was also just chatting it up with tables about things that had nothing to do with business. She openly admitted to forgetting our drinks. After we finished and went to pay our total came to $35 for just the two of us. $35 for 2 buffets and 2 drinks without the salad bar? Really? I could go get multiple pizzas elsewhere for that price and have a bunch of left overs for later. It’s pretty doubtful well be returning to eat there again any time soon. The waitress seemed nice but the fact that she forgot we were even there on top of the over priced food…..no thanks.

Worst experiences with this pizza hut.
Be weary of the establishment. Order food via the app and never get it 3 times now.
Ordered food from their app and they dont call to let you know they dont have a delivery driver, yet it gives me a eta & a text confirmation. So I call and figure out what is going on only to find out food has been done over a hour. Send my girlfriend up to pick it up and they want her to pay at the counter even though it was ordered online and paid with my debit card.
Other times they deliver to the wrong address.
Ive also taken my 2 kids there. And ordered 2 pizzas and total comes out to over $45 for 2 pizzas?
Lastly, the manager has been extremely rude, hung up on me when I called to file a complaint. And then proceeded to hang up on me again when I called back. I called cooperate to talk to a district manager and yet no calls back.
Hands down WORST pizza establishment around. Would not recommend.

This location has a bad habit of not having a driver, the last time i ordered delivery (without calling first) i had to go pick it up myself, and i didnt get the tip, or delivery fee reimbursed, last week i ordered a pizza and got the wrong size drink. Tonight i tried calling to see if they have a driver. I waited on the phone 4 different times for a total of 30 minutes trying to ask and got total silence. Or i would say except the fact that i had to listen to the automated “thank you for calling pizza hut” message for the whole time. Btw idk if you’ve ever sat on the phone with pizza hut but there is no time between the automated message ending and it starting back up again. Pizza hut, yall need to make the App have the option to turn off delivery for a location if they dont have one, lenghten the time the automated message has, and stop forcing me to call a darn call center when i want to speak with the local Hut. Idk whats changed in 4 months but this location needs to get their stuff together. There’s no excuse for making someone wait 30 minutes on the phone.

Pizza was supposed to be at the addi 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Worse then that when the pizza did arrive it was ice cold. Side note had to call in and remind them they even had a delivery.

Should’ve read the reviews before ordering here. I ordered online and even tipped $5 just to get a cold pizza and no soda. 2 liter was $4 and they told me no refunds but gave me a $6 credit that I don’t even know how to use because the lady hung up on me. Absolute disgust. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

This experience definitely warrants a review.
I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app and chose “pay in store.” I drove 15 miles to the California, MO location, walked in, and stood at the counter for over five minutes—completely unacknowledged. An employee stood less than five feet away, boxing pizzas (mine, as it turned out), but never made eye contact or said a word. Once she finished, she simply stood there… staring at the wall. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing.
Another employee finally walked up from the back and stood at the opposite register, looked around aimlessly, and also said nothing. I finally had to initiate the conversation and ask to pay for my order. He called out the other employee’s name, and only then did she finally hand me the pizzas and take payment—again, without saying a single word. No total, no thank you, not even a “have a nice day.”
As for the pizzas: they had so much potential, and they completely flopped. Both were soggy and noticeably undercooked—blonde crusts with no crisp, no chew. If I didn’t have garlic butter and an air fryer at home, I would’ve turned right around. Thankfully, a little at-home intervention turned them into something halfway decent.
But between the cold, indifferent service and the half-baked food, I can honestly say I won’t be back. When you’re the only customer in a small-town Pizza Hut at 7 PM on a Saturday—and no one even acknowledges you—that says everything.
DO NOT recommend. At all.

This is the worst pizza hut ever, the first two times I went in, it was more that 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and bot times there was less the 5 customers in the place, the third and final time I was there, the food was dry and old, the salad bar had old slimy vegetables and the one server was so distracted she couldn’t hardly finish a sentence, and when it was time to pay, she ignored us twice to continue speaking with a friend of hers that didn’t even come in to eat or pick anything up, I will never go back and neither will any of my guys, not when there are much better places next door to them. I only wish I had gotten my $52 back i wasted on trying to feed my guys lunch, that none of them finished cus it was so bad.

We ordered a cheese pizza and what we got is below, I didn’t know they started using cheddar cheese along with mozzarella on their pizza??? Also, it looks like an old pizza they tried to make look new with new cheese. Frustrating.
