It’s hard to believe this place has a 3.9-star rating. We moved here from Pittsburg, and I stopped going to Pizza Hut because the one there is just terrible. The Pizza Hut in Webb City always serves fresh food. When I order, they don’t skimp on the cheese, and it’s hot by the time it gets delivered. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible service. Their cashier Brooklyn can’t take orders properly, and sent us a personal pan with 4 Boneless wings and cheese sticks instead of the Big Dinner Box. When we called back, the smart aleck who answered the phone said we were stupid and would have to pay for 2 medium pizzas on top of what we had already paid. To boot, the wings were still raw, and the sticks weren’t cut at all. So thoroughly irritated that I will never waste my time and money on Pizza Hut again. I’ll pull moldy pizza out of the trash before I subject myself to such dreadful behavior again.

The new Nashville hot boneless wings were terrible. I’m pretty sure they were not suppose to be a dry rub but the amount of seasoning put on them would’ve killed one of my children. There was more powder on them than a Venezuelan fishing boat. I do not recommend the “wings” from this location.

I can’t tell you how many times we’ve waited over an hour for 1 pizza and a few melts or just 2 pizzas. Every time I order here I get “it’s almost done” but I still end up sitting and waiting another 30-40 minutes. Never once been offered a refund or even a “sorry that took so long”. I feel better off driving to Joplin Pizza Hut.

I ate here once so far, the pizza was good, the staff was friendly. Ive ordered deliever a few times now and even the drivers have been kind and quick too. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Me and my service dog both enjoy getting doordashes and our food from here they treat us with nothing but respect and the food is always perfect no matter how busy they are they always greet whoever is coming in they are a great store!!!!
