It’s so unfortunate because the delivery service is ALWAYS amazing. But they ran out out of pan…Unfortunate, cause I mean, I paid extra for that, but no big deal I guess. I’ll deal with the $3 dollar loss. Well, the ONE thing I always ask Is for is my pizza to be well done (IE: don’t famously pull it out of the oven too early) you would think that would be priority since I’m paying extra for hand tossed, but naaaah. Doughy dough it was. This place is a sinking ship. Save the drivers and let the rest drown.

I was reluctant to order when I read some of the reviews. I’m glad I did order. I drive a semi truck and was stuck where I had to get loaded and couldn’t leave. I got a Pepperoni Stuffed Crust pizza and some boneless wings along with a 20 oz. Orange Crush soda. The driver got right to me it was fast and my food was hot. I shared my pizza with some other drivers that was also waiting. It’s hard to always be able to stop and get something to eat when your a truck driver especially when your stuck somewhere or the routes you have to take don’t have anywhere for you to stop like you can in a car. I tipped the driver very well out of appreciation of his attentiveness. He even had a mask on and was wearing gloves. I will surely order from this Pizza Hut in the future. The food was great !

You need new management and whoever interacts with customer problems. We were charged for bottled water. We were not informed that water costs and we might get a soda or tea or something that is the same price. It took 40 mins to receive our pizza bc they made the wrong size to begin with. We were not offered a discount bc of the mistake. When addressed to, what I was told was the manager I was talking to, she didn’t not even apologize. She stood there with a horrible look on her face and argued with me about everything. The service here has sucked for over 5 years and that is why we choose to go elsewhere for pizza. Before you take the booths out of your restaurant you should already have new ones to replace them.

I would give a zero star if I could. I made an order and paid a pretty penny for it. After waiting the 40 mins for the delivery since they were busy my order was wrong. I understand mistakes when busy. However when I called to ask for a new pizza done correctly and delivered I was informed it would be another 1hr and half before getting it corrected. I will not spend another dollar there.

We order here every couple of days because my son is obsessed with their breadsticks. Some days it’s the only thing he will eat. I’ve had a couple of problems with their app and the management here was so kind and fixed the problem and reimbursed me. The staff has always been very pleasant including the delivery drivers.

So it’s been a while since eating at pizza hut. Tonight we ordered a large pan crust half meatlovers half Supreme. The young man who took our order. Dallas went above and beyond to make out dining experience great Tonight. The pizza and service was so good I had to write a review and mention it.
