Ordered online picked up in store. Ordered a taco beef pizza and a BBQ brisket pizza. Taco pizza had. O tomatoes and idk what this brisket pizza was suppose to be but it was utterly disappointing. Food was pretty much cold by the time we got home. Which is odd because the dominoes we picked up prior to this was still hot. Even though we were told they were waiting on it to come out. Highly doubt that. Out domino’s order was fantastic and we order there quite often decided to try something different and still grabbed our son his pizza. Sadly his basic pizza was way more appealing than our specialties and half the price. Seriously though this thing looks awful I’d be ashamed to send this to any of my customers. How can you be one of the largest pizza chains out there and by selling this junk. Very disappointed in what this company had become from where it used to be.

I was reluctant to order when I read some of the reviews. I’m glad I did order. I drive a semi truck and was stuck where I had to get loaded and couldn’t leave. I got a Pepperoni Stuffed Crust pizza and some boneless wings along with a 20 oz. Orange Crush soda. The driver got right to me it was fast and my food was hot. I shared my pizza with some other drivers that was also waiting. It’s hard to always be able to stop and get something to eat when your a truck driver especially when your stuck somewhere or the routes you have to take don’t have anywhere for you to stop like you can in a car. I tipped the driver very well out of appreciation of his attentiveness. He even had a mask on and was wearing gloves. I will surely order from this Pizza Hut in the future. The food was great !

When we order food from Pizza Hut in Neosho, it’s usually very consistent. No complaints on the food itself. Our complaint is with the absolutely rude woman who is always there. I don’t know if she is a manager or just a team member, but she is there every time we decide to eat there. And every time she will have a bad attitude and is short and all around awful with her customer service. This evening we ordered carryout, and pulled up to the drive-through window. They have a sign on the window that says to honk or go inside because their bell is broken, so we honked. This woman whose name I do not know, but is always awful to customers, look up at us at the window multiple times. She was helping another customer, or at least I assume that’s what she was doing. She was talking to that person for a very long time. After she completed, helping the customer, or just simply talking to that person, she walked away and did not come to the window. We waited about five minutes more at this point. We’d already been at the window for 15 minutes. No one else appeared to be working at this point, so I decided to pull around and go in to try to get my order. Three other cars had already pulled up behind me. After entering the building, it took a while for someone else to find my order. There were two other people inside, waiting on orders and multiple cars at the window. I can tell you from being inside there were at least four people working, so why was no one manning the window? The woman that is always rude with customers, proceeded to be rude with me when I pointed out that we have been waiting for quite some time, and she just plain ignored us. I don’t know who is actually running this location, but she should not be the face of your customer service. This is how you lose customers. She makes it abundantly clear that she hates her job and makes customers feel unwelcome. I am confused as to why this woman, with brunette hair, still has a job at this location.

Every time I’ve ordered it’s always been the best service, the food is always amazing and they always treat us with such hospitality. I normally never leave good reviews but the team here is always amazing. I’m not sure who was working tonight February 24th,2025 but they deserve the best, and the next time I go back and see the worker I will be leaving them a huge tip. Thank you Pizza Hut

I pull up to the window and wait 15 minutes while the car behind me and another car pull up. I can hear the bell dinging inside and yet people multiple run by don’t stop don’t look out the window and don’t pay attention to the fact that there are cars lining up outside. I finally called after 15 minutes they picked up immediately and I told them there were three people waiting at the window and I had been waiting for 15 minutes. They said they would get someone to the window they never apologize the food is now cold because it’s been ready for a length of time and don’t apologize while at the window and don’t offer me to remake the pizza or anything. It’s really sad because this used to be a great restaurant and it really has gone downhill in the last few years. Definitely will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and I recommend you don’t either unless you like cold pizza and rude service.

We used to absolutely love Pizza hut. But last night we ordered and picked up and wow. One the pricing, i had two single topping pizzas a supreme pizza a melt and cheesesticks and it was over $100. Tried to blow it off til we saw the pizza. Our sausage single topping pizza was burnt. Like the whole pizza was dark brown almost black and hard. Our single topping cheese had hardly any cheese on it and had bare burnt patches. Our super supreme had 1-2 pepperonis per slice not a single slice had more, in fact most of the slices had one, and the rest of the topping on the super supreme was so little. May a piece of ham and half a mushroom on one slice. Not a very SUPER supreme was nothing more than a cheese pizza with a couple chunks here and there. The cheesesticks were ok but nothing like pizza hut is known for. What happened guys? Our $100 dinner was more like maybe 20 bucks work of food. This is not okay guys. And the person that i tried to talk to about it wasnt very polite, “there was plenty of toppings y did u take them off it wont get u a free pizza”!!! Come on Pizza Hut do better!!!!

I have had multiple experiences when I go through the drive thru where I am completely ignored and no employee comes to the window to ask about my order. My most recent visit was a change and a young lady was at the window. Unfortunately she informed me that my pizza wouldn’t be ready for at least another 10-15 minutes, essentially double the wait time. Frustrating. I only keep going there, as sporadically as I can make it, because my wife doesn’t really care for the other pizza chains in town

We will not order from here again.. this is 2x we’ve ordered the bbq pizza. It’s our favorite.. but I told them last time we were disappointed and the guy promised me we wouldn’t be this time .. 40+ dollars for 2 pizzas and 1 had awful huge lumps of gristly meat and one had barely any cheese!! We are done! Not even enough bbq sauce to tell it was a bbq pizza!! So frustrating!! ♀️ ♀️
