I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time. I’ve got to say this pizza and cheese breadsticks were perfection! I had noticed an over baking trend on the breadsticks in the past. These were cheesy with just a little crisp, like they were in the 90s. My single topping deep dish pepperoni had plenty of melted cheesy goodness too. Thank you!

Went just a little after 1. Was immediately met with attitude as they informed us they were closing the buffet at 130, which we understood. We had 2 adults, 4 kids (8,7,5,3) there was a handful of stale breadsticks, a dozen cinnamon sticks. The only pizza was 2 pieces of Pepperoni, a few small squares of Italian sausage, and Supreme and a whole fresh Hawaiian. Our drinks never got refilled. Our kids only got about 1 piece each, and a small scoop of pasta (pasta was excellent!) But as soon as it came “closing” time they came and pulled the buffet food leaving the kids still wanting more. So for 2 adults and 4 kids that barely ate it was almost 70 dollars.

Out of everything! We ordered Supreme & it only had pepperoni & sausage on it. After they brought the pizza out they said they were out of all the rest of the toppings. They could have at least put more cheese on it!! They were also out of Alfredo Sauce & pan pizza crust. We had to ask for our ticket 3 times. The worse Pizza Hut we have ever eaten at.

I had enough points to get a free any large pizza up to 10 toppings. If you count the sauce and cheese, I had 10 toppings. I knew I would have to pay extra for the stuff crust and extra pineapple. I also ordered 2 personal pan size pizza and 2 sodas for my grandkids. After I placed my order, it came to $29.42. When my order showed up, they tied charging me a little over $55. I’m sorry, but that is a rip off. I showed them my email confirmation and they wouldn’t abide by it. I told them I refused to pay that much and to take it back. They were supposed to give me my points back and I haven’t received it yet. That was the worse service I’ve ever gotten from them.

I love this specific Pizza Hut location. Everyone has always been very friendly to me, and the pizza is always on point. El Dorado Springs Pizza Hut is literally the only Pizza Hut that I patron. They are awesome!!

Ok so, normally dont leave reviews, but here we go. The last few times we have ordered delivery from here, we would get majority of our order, but they wouldn’t send the whole thing. It’s usually 1 or 2 items that we have to wait to get delivered to us after we got our food. And when youre trying to sit down and eat as a family, that’s kinda annoying. Im not sure if it’s better for carry out, but if you get delivery, better pay close attention, you might be missing something.

This place used to give good food and pizza. The last year or so it has changed and not for the best….. For example. Tonight… This is what we got for garlic parmesan wings…. First there wasn’t even the correct amount we were missing 2. Then the whole sauce thing….. I did not know I ordered wing soup… This is horrible! How could a manager or ANYONE that works there allow this to leave the kitchen? I would be embarrassed. And no we didn’t eat them. We threw them in the trash where they belonged!

Got there at 12:30, an hour before buffet ends and I recommend going right as they start at about 11. There were very limited options on food and the salad was nearly gone, the pizza was nearly gone, and the dessert was stale. They were “restocking” when we arrived and nothing was actually restocked. Very disappointed in the lack of ability to actually have an “all-you-can-eat”
