Used to be one of our favorite pizza places. Now only worth it with a deal/ coupon/promotion. Even then not the greatest. 2 out of the 3 last orders were messed up. Was promised a postcard for free remakes of them and never received. We pay for extra cheese but never seems to be on our pizzas unless you count the couple of tablespoons extra in the very center about 2 inches big!?
We loved the $2 Tuesday Personal Pan Pizzas but those were made wrong a few times also and it ended.

Complete garbage, received incorrect order Mackenzie hung up on me when I asked her to correct and make it right. Had to call from a different phone bc they wouldn’t Answer my cel. Thank good ness for Pizza Shoppe and Geneos! Live and learn.

So disgusted we order food today got the triple box and 8 boneless wings got husband brought the food home opened my son chicken they gave him 6.5 peices of chicken for $9 and online messed up our pizza I ordered up and had green peppers over the entire pie so my son didn’t eat. And the cinnamon sticks barely had any cinnamon on them so I called and complained because ppl can’t afford to dish out money for food and have it messed up and not even offer to remake it I got offered coupons but who wants coupons when u want food u ordered correctly and not a rude manager. Absolutely so disgusted with the branch. Would not recommend them to anyone anymore.

I have contacted Pizza Hut about 10 times because the promo code they issued me for a free large pizza does not work. They repeatedly act like it’s my fault and have repeatedly failed to send me a code that works. I earned the free large pizza in a September promotion. Terrible customer service experience!!
Update. The owner replied and asked me to email them so I emailed them.
They emailed me back with the exact same code that does not work, it did not work the many times I tried using it before. I verified the same code with 2 different live agents that the code doesn’t work but then they sent me the same code again!
They must be enjoying the frustration I have experienced through the numerous emails I have sent and the frustration I have endured in nearly a month of trying to resolve this issue. This is a terrible way to treat customers!!!
Update after several more times I got it to work. I had to say a prayer before it finally worked as Pizza Huts instructions did not work. It was answered prayer a true miracle that it worked. Thank you Jesus!

I ordered the tavern style pizza. I didn’t think it was that great. I think I will stick with my usual hand tossed pizza. The delivery driver was the same as before. Very nice guy. I like this Pizza Hut, just not the type of pizza I ordered this time.

Favorite Pizza Hut in the area because they still serve hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Unfortunately this past Saturday it didn’t turn out like that. It took almost 25 minutes for two sandwiches with fries. The fries were cool just like the sandwiches. My friend is not one to complain so she told me not to bother. I think there were four people working, but no one spoke to us. It’ll be a while before I go back.
