Absolutely disgusting no sauce took a bite then looked further there is undercooked bloody chicken I’m sickened they refused to refund bloody undercooked chicken nasty mushy chewy bloody chicken wow pizzahut Plattsburg you’re absolutely disgraceful rude disrespectful customer service refuses to help the issue acts like the manager when they aren’t and laughs at you when you state you will dispute and show what the issue is. Ordered some pizza online tonight for delivery. Delivery was 20 minutes later than the estimated time, it happens. We received cold pizza and no sauces. I called and asked for a refund, was told by someone who said they were a manager they could do that. Called me back 20 minutes later just to say they could not refund but could offer me store credit I would have to call in to use. This is the second time I’ve been given store credit, the first time it magically disappeared, and I could not use it either in my app or when I called in- hence asking for a refund instead of store credit I may or may not be able to use. Save yourself the trouble and buy a frozen pizza instead.

We ordered a pizza and this was what we got after waiting 2 hours… I respectfully waiting and called the next day to discuss a refund. The manager told me she added $45 onto my app, it never showed up. We live close so when it wasn’t showing up I ran down there and she was EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY RUDE and huffed in my face while rolling her eyes. Sad to have a manager who treats customers that way.

A whole football team of young boys packed this store today and not a single hiccup! Two high-school age kids, Sadie and Elijah, were well prepared for us! Kept pizzas moving and everyone happy and the manager Tiffany come in on her day off to make sure her employees didnt get too overwhelmed. Absolutely blown away by how this small restaurant accommodated us today. Thank you again from the polo boys football team!

The LACK of customer service skills was disturbing, but throughout my meal it became clear why! I witnessed instances of racially insensitive comments directed toward CUSTOMERS . which is not only inappropriate but also harmful to the community. ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS WORLD. The current state of this location is deeply concerning, and it is imperative that steps are taken to rectify these problems before they escalate further Definitely calling corporate!!!

The manager is incredibly rude. To her staff as well as customers. I felt sorry for them at how rude she was. Do better. I’ve lived here my whole life and this is literally the worst woman that has ran this pizza hut.
