I was served a pizza with a piece missing!! The waitress mumbled something about what happened but I couldn’t understand her. She said she’d give me a 10% discount! I don’t know if it’s because of the color of the carpet but the floor always gives the impression that the place is dirty. The veggie is always great!

Went in for lunch buffet last week. They didn’t have alot out for buffet. There was another table also waiting for more stuff to come out and after 15 minutes they brought out one pizza. Between our table (2 people) and the other table (6 people) we each got one piece. Needless to say I don’t think any of us were impressed. Maybe it would be better early when they first start the buffet for the day but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

So I’m normally not a big pizza hut fan. How ever this time at this location it was very good. We stopped in for our kids to use book it coupons and decided that we where hungry as well. Lobby was closed due to the air conditioning being broke so we just put down the tail gait of the truck and had a impromptu picnic in the parking lot. The service was fast, good quality and great value for your buck and they didn’t mind us munching and visiting in the parking lot since we couldn’t go in side. The parking lot was spacious and clean. Good job Bethany Missouri Pizza Hut you may have just won back a former Pizza HutHater. mmmm good.

So yesterday, my big kid orders us a couple melts to try, we get the chicken, bacon ones with creamy parmesan sauce… Only, it comes with hardly any chicken, barely any bacon & no creamy parmesan sauce. It had a ranch packet… My boy got an email asking for feedback.. He was honest. Got a phone call a minute ago from the Hut… He tried to explain, lady did NOT listen… Told him ‘if you want the creamy parmesan sauce on the side, you have to ask for it that way…’ She didn’t listen when he tried to explain that there was NO sauce, NONE, not on it , not with it… Just the ranch dressing. Rather than argue. He said ‘ok’ & we will finish his points & not do business with them again. It doesn’t pay to not listen or be condescending.
