I have never had pizza so bad. The pizza is like cardboard and took 2 hours to get done. This pizza is like rubber i called and I start talking to a gentleman who never said his name and sounded like he was drunk or under the influence. This is ridiculous like i have never experienced anything like this. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!!!

I am so disappointed with my order, the dough is not crispy and to top it off it is raw and has an unpleasant taste. I regret not having gone where I always pick up my pizza, but I learned my lesson, thank you very much.

2 hr wait for our food. Ordered the big dinner box. Arrived with no wings and pizza stale hard and old. Worse than cardboard. Called up to the store and the dude on the phone was yellin drunk! I dont even think he understood we wanted our money back. Didn’t make any sense and was completely biligerant. Absolutely disappointed and will never be returning here. Couldn’t even get two bites of the food in and still ended up feeling extremely sick. Only half good thing was the cheesy bacon sticks. #dominoes4lifeeee

Upon arrival, you would’ve thought the place was closed, just left with the doors open. It took 4 mins if not more, for someone to acknowledge and come to the front. The order process was easy and smooth, but the “general manager”, was very negative and talked down on the store, saying how management apparently leaves her alone all the time… resulting in poor work. I was the only customer within a 45min window, and my pizza STILL looked bad and tasted worst. #papamurphysforlifenow

Literally 0 stars. Waited 2 hrs for our order. Ordered the big dinner box and was missing our wings. Also. The pizzas were literally stale and old!!! Hard as cardboard and absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even take 2 bites. I wouldn’t even feed this crap to my dogs. Then called up and the guy who answered the phone was clearly drunk! Slurring his words and screaming at us over the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this location. Even tho its the closest pizza place to my house I will forever choose longer drives over absolutely dishonorable service.

KP an associate at this location is rude, unruly and lies to customers. I placed my order well before closing time and he proceeded to call me and cancel it. Stating he had to be gone promptly by midnight but left me on the phone while he cleaned until 12:09.

Employees were friendly upon entry. App said my order was ready, cashier said it would be another 5 minutes. I returned to my car to wait. He brought it out when it was ready. I was exhausted so kudos to him. The pizza was pipping hot and tasty.

The general manager was very patient and polite. There was a mess up on my order and instead of just telling me to deal with it like other places I was actually given the choice of a refund or a new pizza made. So I appreciate the customer service greatly

Something happened in the past 2 months here.. Their pizza at this location has been oddly bad and I always seem to be 1 of 20 people trying to pick up food. I’m the type to try and order at less busy times and my pizza is always either raw or I have to wait 10 mins at the store to get a fresh raw pizza..

The absolute worst Pizza Hut location I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I have ordered from this place multiple times, and there is something wrong with the order every single time. Getting a hold of someone to address incorrect or missing items is a headache, and when you finally get someone on the line, they offer you credit for the exact amount the food was charged, not even taking tax or service fees into account. The quality of the food is always a crapshoot as well.
