Picked up my pizza today from Cassie and she was so polite. Got me my pizza in 10 seconds in the drive up, didn’t have to ring the doorbell. She had a welcoming smile, pizza was hot and fresh! Thank you Cassie for having such great customer service, very rare now and days.

The pizza was get delivery sinus and well done. How ever my card was charged a different amount than the total. I was charged an additional $4.66.i know it’s not a large amount money but is the principle If it happens to every customer that pays with a card they are making out pretty hefty at the expense of the customer! When calling to question I was told I was charged the correct amount but the bank statement says otherwise! I will never pay in store with a card again.

We organized an event and called three hours ahead to place our order, ensuring it would be ready upon our arrival. However, when we arrived, we weren’t even greeted at the door. After trying to get an employee’s attention while they were preoccupied with their cell phone, I provided my name. I waited patiently for 15 minutes before inquiring about my order. After 30 minutes of being overlooked, I requested a refund due to the service. Unfortunately, I was made to wait an additional 10 minutes, only to be told that they wouldn’t return my money. It wasn’t until I threatened to call the police for assistance that they finally paid attention. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and it was clear that the manager lacked control over the situation. I encourage the owner to revisit the video of this incident dated January 31, 2026, at 5:30 PM.

Terrible customer service & problem resolutions skills from the General Manger on down. Placed an order for a med pizza & wings online with Apple Pay. Order said it would be ready in 20 mins, i showed up about 40 mins later. After checking their system & scrambling around in the back for a min I was told my order was given away. I told the employee to cancel the order & refund me bc i didn’t want to wait longer on a remake. Was told they couldn’t cancel since their system showed the order was picked up even though it wasn’t by me. Went back & forth about my money i couldn’t get back and rudely told by the manager on duty to call the GM the next day. Called the GM & received no resolution from him either besides saying much of the same, they system won’t him refund & call corporate. Waste of time & offered nothing for my time or troubles. After calling corporate and told i have to wait for the charge to go from pending to posted i just called my bank and got refunded. Never will i visit the 40hwy location again. Poorly ran & trained.

Only reason they get one star is to lodge this review. Nastiest pizza we have had in years. We ordered a hand tossed supreme. I opened the box and took it back up to the guy that took the order and said I don’t think we got the right pizza. He said it was what we ordered. Certainly not what I remember their supreme pizza to be. Crust was raw, toppings incomplete and sparse. We were dining in. I asked for napkins. He said they have plates, no napkins and I could get napkins out of the restroom. The problem with having them keep their pizza and going elsewhere is they treat the restaurant as a take out only and had us pay when we ordered it. It’s too bad, I’d rather be leaving rave reviews.

I ordered two large specialty pizzas original pan crust, but the crust seemed hand tossed, unfortunately. I ordered this for a gathering I was having and I had my daughter pick up the pizza for me, so I had no time to share my concerns at that time. I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a very very long time, but I wanted to give it a try as the original pan crust gives me a sense of nostalgia. The overall flavor of the pizza was cool, but the crust did not seem to be the original pan crust I remember, unfortunately.

Tired of this location running out of stuff and replacing what I’ve ordered and paid for with whatever they see fit. Ya’ll act like these orders are paid for with your own money therefore you have the right to choose and pick what the customer will get. How about a courtesy call or simple refund when ya’ll don’t have what’s offered on the menu. Wish this location wasn’t my local but after having given them 4 seperate chances over the years with the same experience consistently I’m writing this one off.

There is always an issue. First off I wasn’t greeted for 20 min my pizza had then been done for 25 min. When I arrived home I open my supposed to be 16 peace wing and there’s only 6 full size and 2 small pieces mind you, they put it in a very big container. I don’t hen order extra cheese on my personal pan and received no cheese but an excessive amounts of toppings. I worked for Pizza Hut years ago and you guys wanted me to become a manager…I mean If you would like I can come back and literally train your staff. If I were you guys I would be highly concerned with the amount of product you are loosing just on the amount of toppings that are being wasted. It was ridiculous. I will include the photos.

Bought pizza on a monday afternoon (2pm -3pm). It seems to be the best time. Everything was great. The pizza was fresh. My boneless chicken wings were way better compared to the last time I visited.
