If I could give this location a zero star I would. I have never once had a good experience here, delivery or pickup. I have currently been waiting 25 mins to pick up my single pizza that was supposed to be ready 30 mins ago. They are unprofessional, barely spoke to anyone who was waiting. Gave false wait times and then hid in the back so they didn’t have to look at the lobby full of people. I will never try again! Somthing needs to be done here!!

So, I ordered my pizza at 10:28 PM, it’s now 12:07AM and I got my order at 12:00AM. My medium chicken/onion with BBQ is cold and there’s so many onions on it (and I love onions) that my crust is soggy from the onion juice. I spent 28 minutes trying to get ahold of the store cause for over an hour it said “PREPARING” on their website. I kept getting sent to the call center, once I did get some girl to answer, but as soon as she found out why I was calling, she hung up on me. Finally I got the call center to do something and they contacted the store and got the ball rolling. But like I said, my order is cold. I don’t know about the other pizza and the pasta cause I’m not the one in the house that ordered them, but damn people. Hire some adults, fire the kids and hire some delivery people! Last time I ordered from here 4 YEARS ago it took over 6 hours for me to get my order! Ordered at 6PM and at midnight, when we’d tried calling for hours and no one answering the phone, someone showed up at my door with our order. (Just moved here, didn’t know where anything was.)

UNSANITARY!!
They gave me a pizza with ONE PEPPERONI PER SLICE. The guy at the front counter was nice but GROSS!! Dude was walking around eating an orange. Came to the counter after his nasty fingers was by mouth, made cash change, then gave me my stuff. Unprofessional AND nasty! But he was nice at least (that doesn’t really help). unsanitary

A couple months ago, I waited over an hour for an order, only to get a call later telling me it had to be canceled and refunded because they were out of personal pan pizzas. Tonight, I placed an order an hour and 15 minutes ago, and it’s still stuck on “preparing” with a delivery estimate of 7:03–7:13 (it’s now 7:45). I contacted customer service, and they were completely useless—no way to track the order, contact the restaurant, provide updates, or issue a refund. Absolutely zero help.

Horrible customer service, the manager was trying to start a physical altercation with a customer telling him to “step outside” then went on arguing in his face out front of the building. I then returned inside and waited for more then 20 minutes for my pizza,when my order is clearly in the heater.the manager is very aggressive and rude. I would never come here again. He disrespected multiple customers, Myself included he was giving me rude remarks and just making the whole process dreadful. I have video proof of him provoking a customer. This type of behavior should never be allowed in any service

I’ve ordered pizza here repeatedly. All of it has been burnt or undercooked; no in between. The chicken is probably the best thing and the tavern pizza is good.

If you order from here, look at the pizza before you leave.

I am a dasher. My encounter at pizza hut has been pleasant. Cory, the manager has handled the store in a professional manner. Sometimes there is a long wait for a order but the staff mannerism is good.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Rita. She was such a problem solver and patient with us. We tried to order but didn’t know our promo only worked in the app and she helped us navigate it. She was so friendly and present. It’s so nice to feel some since of comfort and familiarity in a time where I often struggle with customer service due to lack of hospitality or language barriers. I will be coming to this location again for sure.

Ordered a two large and wings and cheese sticks. Took 45mins to make then the wings weren’t done so the pizza got cold. Brought pizza home then televised the messed the pizza up. So they said bring it back and then other pizza wings and cheese sticks got cold so then I got 1 hot pizza 1.5 hours after I ordered it. What in the world is going on at this store! Even after responding they did nothing then say thanx for the review u can see that below!

I ordered my food online, checked out. Hit the pay at the store. Hit the checkout, then it said it would be ready in 20 minutes, headed up to the location where the Pizza was supposed to be prepared at. And when I get there, they tell me that the order just came through. And then it’s going to be 20. Additional more minutes. Don’t even have the opportunity to talk to a manager at this store. It did not seem like one was available. The store seemed very short-staffed. Don’t really know what else to say other than this is definitely poor poor service.
If the manager wants to reach out to me. My contact information is in Pizza Hut system. They confirmed it at the store after I got here and I asked for my food. So I know they have a way of contacting me. I would appreciate it if the manager would contact me about this severe inconvenience. I am a contractor I am on a very tight schedule, and when Pizza Hut tells me my food will be ready in 20 minutes. I need to have my food in 20 minutes. I don’t have time for games like this over measly food
