I ordered my food for carry out and it was done and fresh in like 15 minutes! Absolutely Awesome. The workers are so nice kind, they treat you with respect and the workers are also very joyful which makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is super chill, inside and outside. THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH!!! Which in my opinion is super cool Services was amazing. The Food was EXCELLENT. Well cooked, fresh, HOT, and saucy I absolutely loved this Pizza Hut and I will definitely order from here more.

I’ve lived in this area and ordered pizza from this location for nearly 8 years, which is almost ways carry-out. I’ve been really disappointed by the service we’ve gotten on our last two orders.
This week we ordered garlic parm wings – I wasn’t aware I needed to provide the sauce for my own wings. Pic attached. There was almost no sauce on them, when in the past they usually have a good amount of sauce. We waited for 10 min after expected pickup time for our order to be ready.
During our visit a couple weeks ago, the staff told my husband the order wasn’t ready yet and asked him to pull around front to wait. He waited 20 minutes with no updates and no food, so he went inside to ask. A staff member walked past him saying something about taking the order to the guy waiting, and he asked her if she meant him. She didn’t look at him or speak to him, threw the boxes on the counter, and walked away. He had to inspect the unlabeled boxes himself to see if it was our order or not. He is adamant he didn’t say anything rude or mean, he simply asked if she meant him and if that was our order.
I know retail and food service jobs can be hard, and it’s tough when it’s busy. But I don’t think that justifies being rude to polite, patient customers or not preparing food as ordered.

Only reason this location gets a 1 star review from me, is for the cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Which I know didn’t even take much effort to heat up!!
But, our pizzas were so greasy! My son thought that maybe y’all threw them into a deep fat fryer to cook them! And then I got charged for a convenience fee! What is that all about?? I paid with cash. I could maybe understand if I was using a card. Paid $44.81 just to feel sick to our stomach’s from all the grease! I will be reaching out to a store manager tomorrow!!!

Worst Pizza Hut Experience Ever.
Ordered a pizza at 6:55, which was supposed to be delivered by 8:10pm. At 8:15, a Doordash Delivery car arrived at the store for pickup. It waited until 8:40 and left. Another one arrived at 8:50 and waited. In the meantime I called the store, who never answered, and was sent to the Call Center. A woman answered and essentially said “I can’t help you, call the store”. At around 9:00 I called again, and was sent to the call center again. A man answered, and after explaining my issue, he said “hhmm,, Anything else?” At 9:20 the pizza arrived and the driver wouldn’t leave because he said I needed to give him a “pin” (??) In the meantime, my wife opens the box and the pizza looks like it was thrown across the street.
I paid $53.00 and this is what I get? Terrible.

After we got our food and I was driving off, I seen both of the employees start laughing while looking at me made me feel very uncomfortable eating ..pizza was dry and hard and barley sauce I wouldn’t recommend eating here

Drips with grease!…NO BUFFALO SAUCE for a buffalo chicken melt?!?! Called and explained their grease filled melt went thru the box and they said “ok is there anything I can help you with?” Tried to claim the grease was the buffalo sauce. . Placed me on hold and never came back. Very unprofessional night staff!

Let’s start by a 35 min delivery turned into over an hour. The crust was burnt, 2 out of the 4 had no sauce at all. Had to cut my own pizza due to the fact they couldn’t even do that much right. Worst pizza hut experience the quality of food they send out is poor. Don’t waste your money especially at this location. Horrible service

If I could give this rating -0 stars I would. 1st time trying the pizza melt Meat Lovers and last. Biting into it I felt a hair and spit it out heads up if you delivery through DoorDash I was offered $12.00 vs. the $40 I spent. I advised the employee that the workers need to wear what’s required and nothing was offered as far as an apology, wasting my money and not trying to get sick this is what the world of customer service has come too.

Listen- no one out pizzas the hut. And for sure no one out pizzas this location. We live down the street and order from this location at least 2x a month for the past 4 years. It is consistently hot fresh and delicious. We crack up because literally during the cold weather not too long ago the pizza was on our porch steaming! hahaha And every time before that it comes pipping hot and the drivers have been so great. A driver we had last week forgot our 2 liter and literally went and got it and came back. You don’t always see drivers with that much care- sometimes they’d just say oh well.
Really great location.
P.S. The drive up window is also a great perk. I love not having to get out of the car when we want to do pickup.

This Pizza Hut off of Vivian road is sub par. I have 2 not too far from my home that are dine in still. The pan crust is thicker and pizza is made way better. 5 topping pizza that half looked like a cheese pizza from here. I will not be returning. The dine in ones do so much better it seems as the customers are there. Not grab and go and see they got a crap pizza later. Accountability makes a difference it seems. Even there buffet pizza which are typically cheaper pizzas but they are still better from the dine in pizza huts by me. If they were closer to work it’s where I’d eat. This one I’m threw with.
