Posting this while I’m still waiting for my pizza. It wasn’t started until after my estimated pickup time and it’s been the same for everybody else ahead of me. No apologies or anything given for the delay. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
Edit: My wings were barely warm and not tossed in sauce. Walked out of the restaurant at 7:50 when it was supposed to be ready at 7:17. They did not check to make sure the whole order was there before I left.
Wasted my time and other’s time without remorse. Should be fixed, but after looking at reviews on here, nobody involved at this location seems to have any want or motivation to improve.

The pizza attached is what I received one day when I ordered. I complained, they refunded. I called a few days later to order again. When calling, I kindly asked the associate if they were busy so I can order and not have the same experience. I was met with impatience and frustration. My experiences have not been good here.

Employees are always nice and respectful. My food is always fresh and right. Joy is always respectful and happy even under pressure. She always make sure to take time out for her customers and make sure that they are happy and satisfied with the food and their service. The wings were so hot. Love it

I have been frequenting the Westport/Midtown Pizza Hut location for a couple years. I am sure this can be a challenging Pizza Hut location to work at. Despite this, Kim is always pleasant, friendly & helpful.

Pizza was Hot , Fresh. Lobby clean and Service was very nice. I had a small issue with the pizza and they were kind in making the correction. Markel took my call (very pleasant )and Ricky the assistant manager handled the correction super fast. It’s hard to work on 39th, so Good Job to the staff & store.

Best Mistake I Ever Made!
I was rushing ordering over 20 Pizzas for a school event and chose the Main location by mistake. It was only 7 minutes further but anyone who works with kids knows not to keep them hungry. I walked in stressed and left out laughing.
Joy Ford and her members are the best and the ONLY Pizza Hut my school orders from. The food is always fresh, made to order on- time and you cant beat the service.
To this day, we drive an extra 7 minutes and will contine. Hands down one of a kind.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a Pizza Hut. I already had a delivery order placed and was simply calling to check the ETA — and the level of disrespect I got was unbelievable. They kept picking up the phone and leaving it off the hook, like they were purposely ignoring me. When someone finally answered, the worker was unbelievably unprofessional and kept calling me “babes.” Then they hung up on me again.
I ended up having to drive all the way up there just to figure out what was going on with my order. And the manager? Refused to come out and speak to us at all. No explanation, no apology — nothing.
This location has ZERO professionalism, ZERO customer service, and clearly no respect for customers. I didn’t get communication, I didn’t get basic courtesy, and honestly, I’m done with this place. Do better.

I forgot how awful Pizza Hut is. Cold, no extras as I ordered. I should have just gone to the store to pick up a frozen pizza, it would have been better. Not to mention how salty it was. 10 thumbs down.
