I placed an order and I never got it. The app showed it was being made for 2 hrs. By then the store had closed. The call center even said it was never sent out. I called the next day and had to call 5 times because I was “disconnected” multiple times. I finally got the call center again & they were supposed to process a refund. And what do I have…. Nothing. What do they have…. My money. I guess that’s all they care about!

Fortunately, I read the reviews and didn’t wait on delivery. Picked curbside pickup but there weren’t any clearly marked spots. Didn’t see anyone come out. Parking side door wasn’t open. Went around to the front and no one was up front. Looked like there were 40 open orders making me think they were severely understaffed. Lady who did come out was very nice. Pizza turned out fine. Cinnabons are a great addition.

Ordered from the Broadway location in KC, estimate was 25-35 minutes, pizza and wings were made and sitting 20 minutes in, this location uses door dash which I detest having had food arrive eaten in the past. I called an hour 10 after ordering, they said no driver came to deliver it it was sitting for 40 minutes and they count all and let me know! Won’t use this location ever again, they even suggested I come pick it up myself! Being a loyal Pizza Hut customer I am extremely disappointed!

Well let me say this. I ordered 2 pizzas. One was great! The other was the exact opposite. The supreme pizza had no sauce on it and tasted terrible. The meat lovers was perfect! I paid $45 for one really good pizza and one terrible one.

We did the Big Dinner Box and choose pickup instead of delivery. The pizza was hot, the ingredients tasted really good and we enjoyed the breadsticks.

I give zero stars they sent the wrong pizza , basically told me it’s my fault they couldn’t read the ticket. Then sent me a non functional code for a new one, yep they stole my cash an the best I get is more surveys which by the way is not a refund.

I have been using them for a while. Usually good service. My last order I got delivery. The delivery guy forgot half of my order and the sauces I ordered were not there. When I called the store it sounded like a young guy, who laughed at me when I told him and then told me there was nothing that he they could do about it. After talking to him for a few minutes of his unprofessionalism and how there was nothing funny about it he said he would make note of the missing item so I could get it next time, he did not. And I never got my money back for the missing items I ordered. I will not be using them anymore.

Downtown pizza place. The most convenient place when wanting to do a carry out . Only takes 15 mins. They have delivery but if you want your food quick carry out is the gem here.
