Last time I ordered a week ago I got a undercooked white dough sauceless pizza. Thats whatever, bad pizzas happen. But tonight I order a tavern pizza and yall accidentally make a thin crust. The person at the window said we could take both pizzas since it was an accident and we HAD TO WAIT for the extra pizza. Also I ordered ultimate ranch and was given classic ranch. And the tavern pizza thats supposed to be square cut was in slices? There was supposed to be some parmesan or “hut dust” on the pizza thats also missing. literally ordered this after we got off work so we could go home. And then the cook says nvm you can’t have the extra pizza. We asked to make sure they were gonna eat the pizza and not waste it. They better eat it then. Absolute terrible service. Train your employees please I hate leaving negatives reviews but like 4 or 5 mistakes on a single pizza order is wild.

This review is more about their technology than this particular location, but I’ve never been to another location more than once. I placed an order several weeks ago via the app. The app crashed while my credit card was processing. I did not receive an email receipt and there was no record of my order on the app, but my card was charged. So, I called the store and they confirmed they did received my order. I asked them if I would receive my points on the app since it had crashed and the store confirmed I received them. We ordered a New Yorker pizza (which was pretty disappointing) and some other items which were just ok. It was frustrating, but I figured we’d give it another shot. Today, I log into the app to place an order (while noticing quite a price increase) and discover the points were never added to my account. I won’t bother again-if a rewards system is going to be that difficult then what’s the point of having it?

Trinity the GM done an AMAZING JOB running the whole lunch buffet and building from taking orders to preparing pizzas keeping the buffet and salad bar full waiting tables cleaning and checking out customers while also helping doordash customers and regular customer orders she’s phenomenal and deserves all the praise and raises she can get in sure the pizza hut chain knows they have a very valuable employee but she’s the ULTIMATE and deserves to be recognized!!!!!

I got $40 worth of food last night 10/11/24 to celebrate an event at home with family. Part of my order consisted of a half cheese (for my ten year old) & half Hawaiian (for me) the ham chunks were so HARD; my cat tried to eat a piece that fell onto my plate & ended up batting it around like a toy! The pineapple was BROWN! If they overcook a Hawaiian, I have to wonder WHO they hired to do so!? KIDS!? VERY disappointed & will use Dominoes from now on! I guess whoever made it was maybe ashamed since the name at the bottom is blank?

Dined in for the buffet yesterday morning. All I can say is WOW! Our server Hannah was delightful. She talked to us with respect and kindness, truly a breath of fresh air. Remarkable young lady.

We ordered door dash, Pan meat lovers, from the last time we ordered to now, WOW what a difference, pizza was cooked perfectly, every thing we remembered about Pizza Hut being good was in the box Great Job!!
