I had such an amazing experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Heidi, the manager. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
It’s rare to come across management that sets the tone the way she does. The service was smooth, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and everything was handled with such a positive attitude. Heidi is exactly the kind of leader every location needs.

I love to order Pizza Hut when I’m not feeling great, usually a comfort food, and I’m a little picky with how I like my pizza. I usually order light sauce and extra cheese and some locations just never do it right. This location knocked it out of the park, it’s one of the best I’ve had in years. It really made my day. Thank you!

I understand that it was Super Bowl time and one of the ovens was broken but I would have thought that the manager would have at least offered to those who weren’t door dash that waited over an hour a free pizza coupon for their patients and giving online door dash orders priority over non- door dash online orders. It’s poor customer service. I know I’ve worked for Pizza Hut I know the margins. I felt I should have been offered something for the hour + wait, and $40 in pizza, as well as others. Unfortunately this was my first and maybe last visit with this store. Not because of the situation, but poor customer service.

If I could give a zero on service I would. Unfortunately I didn’t get to finish my order cause girl answering phone hung up on me after she got rude and disrespectful, because I asked a question. I never ordered the big box meal before and she says” you don’t get the dipping sauce for free, whick I didn’t know, thought, hot wings comes with dipping sauce. I use to love this place, but the girl answering phone yesterday is NOT Customer friendly!!

This place has such great customer service. Last night a delivery driver with his hands full paused to wait & hold the door open for me as I was approaching. I’ve had another guy run pizza out to my car before & take the extra time to secure the pizzas so they wouldn’t slide all over. Maybe it’s the same guy, but I love the attention to detail, extra care & pride in one’s job that you just don’t see much of these days. Made me smile. Had to pass on the praise. Love this location!

Wrong crust – asked for it to be cut into 12 (instead of 8) pieces and although it technically was, all were different sizes with the largest one 4x the size of the smallest! (No exaggeration). Sloppy preparation.
