Noticed missing part of my order, gave them a call back to let them know and see if I could come back by and get it. Got sent to hold they never picked back up. Drove back just to be told they were out of product that’s why I didn’t receive it. Failed to tell me when I ordered or picked up. Charged me for it though, seems like stealing to me. Won’t be back

We tried the Pesto Margherita Pizza and it was not good. The menu say’s that it should have fresh oregano and basil. It was a thin crust, overdone, no fresh herbs, barely any pesto. Dry and hard. Will not order from here again.

I ordered through delivery. My total was $33, i paid $40, i wanted my 5 and the guy could have the rest. my pasta wasn’t even in the box. he basically threw my food at me and ran with the money. i called and complained. she said they’d give me a new pasta and have my change brought to me. the same delivery brought the pasta and the change, the picture is of the second pasta, it looks worse than the first pasta, and he threw my change at me. we love pizza, my one year old eats it better than anything, but there was no customer courtesy given by the delivery guy, makes me not want to eat there ever again.

I ordered delivery for a large supreme pizza and two family orders of breadsticks with 4 extra marinara dipping sauces. Was told 25 minutes, didnt come till 45 minutes later and pizza was just warm with one family order of sticks and the driver did not give me a reciept or ask me to sign one since i used debit card. Now they are charging my account $56.58!

Made an order today spent $90 didn’t get my bacon cheese sticks and got the wrong pizza was told it was gonna take 20 minutes to fixed the mistake but they was only willing to fix the mistake if I gave the wrong pizza back… so I can get the pizza I ordered or the rest of my order unless I give the incorrect one back? I asked why and asserted the plan was to send this pizza to the person who actually ordered it. There was hesitation before they said no, that it was for “training purposes” I opted to keep the pizza in turn forfeiting the rest i already paid for as I feel they really had the intent of delivering this pizza to it’s rightful customer to avoid remaking it. All in all this is the last time I will be ordering from pizza hut. Hometown is better anyway. This was just convenient cause I didn’t have to get out. The hassle is not convenient and the new “practice” is disturbing. I won’t risk receiving food that may have been delivered to another customer already.

It said my pizza would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. It was 1 1/2 hours after I ordered it before it was delivered. The staff was not apologetic when I called the store. The time that they quoted on the phone was even wrong.

This place is really slacking.. I ordered the Alfredo pasta WITH 5 bread sticks, not sure who got my bread sticks but it wasn’t me (they were nice enough to give me marinara for the nonexistent bread sticks though). I also ordered 6 wings, I only got 5 wings.
Not sure what has happened to this place recently, they haven’t gotten an order correct for me in at least 6 months.
A year ago I would’ve given 4 stars, maybe 5.
