Hadn’t ate at a Pizza Hut in a few years, the previous town I lived in didn’t do a very good job…So I was very pleasantly surprised when I decided to try again in my new town. The pizza arrived piping hot and extremely delicious, ordered the new Philly Cheese Steak.

First I ordered online and paid for my order! My kids were home waiting on dinner when I get a call 35 minutes after placing the order telling me the order was credited and deleted from the system so I would need to place the order and pay again. So I did about 45 minutes later while I’m at a show phones on silent I get a call saying the driver could not find my house so my order was canceled I was told I could place the order again and give directions. So at this point I’ve got two pending charges and have to wait 3 to 5 days for money 75$ and they want me to pay them again to resend the order out! What a joke! My gps takes me right to the house yet theirs doesn’t! Not to mention I’ve ordered pizza from here a few times in the past! So two hours later my kids get dinner from McDonald’s door dashed and the door dasher found the house no problem!

We ordered 3 large pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni lover, but they all 3 were exactly the same, regular pepperoni. I rarely complain but I have went to this pizza hut a few times since moving here and each time we’ve been disappointed, i didn’t say anything thinking maybe was a bad night for the employees or some thing. But every time They don’t even go near the edge with toppings, there’s way too much crust so it feels like they are cutting so many corners is no longer worth paying the high prices for so much less. Unfortunately either is just this one store or pizza hut across the board has over priced their products with the quality tanking. I used to work at a pizza hut when I was younger, it’s not what it used to be sadly. Hoping it’s just this one store. I’ll try the one on odessa next time if I ever try it again and update if it were just this store or not.

If I could give a zero I would. We found a hair in our fries. As well as we ordered an eight piece garlic Parmesan wings. We only received six and there was more sauce in the rim on the lid than my wings.

Great customer service and good food. Our order was entered wrong online and they made everything right after the mistake was discovered. They went the extra mile to take care of us. Great group of people there. Very genuine people!

We just got pizza and pasta. It was all so discusting! Could not eat any of it. Was so dry and over cooked. Should have just put the toppings on the box! This is like the 3rd time this has happened to us. But we keep trying to give our local Hut another chance. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY COUD NOT EAT ANY OF IT!!!

It doesn’t matter how good the food is when the service couldn’t have been worse. I tried to order food for my whole family and get it delivered to my home. I had to make an addition to the order which you are supposed to be able to do. When I called, I kept being told nobody could find our order (2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 2 liter of pop). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and got hung up again. Called again and couldn’t even get a manager to speak to. Called one more time to hopefully get help and could not have been treated worse by the “manager” and other staff that kept trading off the phone. I will never dine here after how I was treated. I had to call corporate to get my order canceled and cancel the purchase with my credit card because they kept saying they couldn’t find my order that I had online and email confirmations for.
