When you have enough points for one free pizza and you buy an extra to feed every one and your pizza hut apparently has no delivery drivers so they use door dash and they screw it all up and sideways. 40 minutes late and instead of it being Johnny F, it’s a woman and her kids and she makes her little kids walk it to the door cuz who is gonna yell at little kids? And all pizza hut tried to do when I called at 650 was say sorry. It’ll be there soon. Are you kidding me!?!
One year and a half later:
Updating the review as we decided to try again. Ordered $80+ worth of food. Was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes later. An hour and a half later we call and are told they are using door dash again and are just then handing the food over to the driver. No offer for comp or anything. Driver shows up saying the store was refusing to give her our whole order and thats one of the reasons it took so long. We bring the food in and the pizza is barely above room temperature. Like our thermostat is set to 74 and the pizza was 83 degrees. We called to get a new one and get told ok but you’ll get it when ever you get it and she hung up on us. Took 30 minutes to get the new pizza and it didnt even have any sauce on it.

We stopped eating there a long time ago just cuz it was so greasy and our order was always wrong but decided to give it another shot and it was SO much better, not greasy at all. We got the big dinner box and everything was perfect. Will definitely order again.

The regional manager, Jacqueline, just took over these locations in July and is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had an unfortunate experience one evening at this Lexington location, and she called me personally and was the SWEETEST. Our experience wasn’t the end of the world, nor would it have kept us from coming back, but she still reached out and wanted to talk about what happened and try to fix the issue internally. It makes a huge difference when a manager/lead takes any issue, big or small, seriously and goes out of their way to make it right. That says a lot and makes a huge difference!

The experience I had there was amazing. The workers there were very polite, and my pizza was perfect. My order was made on time, and I received exceptional customer service. I was even given extra napkins and pepper without even having to ask. I would recommend this pizza hut for anyone who is in the area.

This establishment has seen better days I think. Over three last year the quality of the food had gone from very good to mediocre, example like really runny marinara, bread sticks with no seasoning or parmesan, skimping on the pizza sauce which they will put extra on free if asked/ ordered that way, toppings not evenly spread over the pizza at times and so forth. Not terrible but no where near the quality and value not that long ago.
