Upon entering, we told the lady at the counter, we have a to go order for Sara. She said Sara W, we said no and said Sara’s last name. She went back and handed us a Christmas box with our order in it. She did not show us our order, nor did we ask to see it. Upon getting our pizza home, we learned that this was not our order. What did the lady do when she asked us our name and went to the kitchen? Anyway, we took it back to the store, and got our correct order. The store gave the incorrect order given to us to the correct customer who was waiting for it. We had this order opened at home. Why would you give this away to customer. We could have put something into the pizza ( nowadays you never know, we would never do that ) if we were crazy or sick. Anyway, we should have been given a credit or a free pie for our trouble. The other customer should have been at least a fresh pizza order. I will not be back to this location

If I could give this Pizza Hut a minus, I would. I called got put on, hold, got disconnected, called back, the girl said, could you please hold which I did? Then she laid the phone down and I could hear her, tell another employee this lady just called here and hung up and called right back and left me on, hold, laying on the counter for at least 10 minutes so they will no longer get my business. And I managed a Pizza Hut for 26 years and I cannot believe a customer gets treated the way that you guys treated me. So I ordered for marcos , and that’s where I’ll go from here on out

Yesterday a thin crust pepperoni pizza, and cajun fries were ordered under my girlfriend’s rewards account. I had it delivered to my job for lunch. The cajun fries were spot on however the pizza was not. I’m usually easy going when mistakes happen because I’ve worked fast food, and I know it happens. However the this was inexcusable. The pizza seemed to be thrown together; the pizza was more crust than anything and very hard. Not to mention the pizza was barely cut. I’ve never had too many problems from Pizza Hut but what was delivered to me was just a mess. I even had to take a picture of the pizza.
