I got my order and my food was undercooked, I called to tell them about it and was accused ot cussing her out- I should’ve. Who wants to eat raw pizza dough?! She then hung up on me. Believe you me I called back and I highly doubt I’ll see a refund for my raw dough supposed to be a pan crust supreme pizza. Don’t order from here. You’re better off buying a Tombstone pizza. Staff was very nice, and food was ready in short time. Plus they have cool holiday boxes to put the pizzas in. Atmosphere gets a loss of stars, no sitting, no TV or active display, but then again maybe they didn’t want me standing around all day, so it just wpuld be nice to have bench to sit while you wait. I ordered the New Yorker’ it came without the pepperoni and only had 6 slices when i ordered the 8 slice pizza’ plus it had a chunkmissing out of it. The marinara pasta i ordered had chicken it it and smelled and tasted like it was spoiled and reheated. My pizza, pasta and cheese sticks were burnt.

Worst Service Ever! After waiting nearly two hours I was finally told that they accidentally delivered my order to the wrong house/address. I decided to give them a second try, mainly because they are close to my house. This time I did an in store pick-up. It’s cold and snowing but I get there. When I ask for my order the manager tells me they accidentally gave my order to someone else! While standing there waiting on my order to be remade another customer comes in and half his order is missing. It needs new management badly! The general manager, Stephanie, was there and basically all she could say was, “It happens”.

Romoving the ability to login in with email and only being able to use my phone # is dumb. I have gotten a new number and can’t access the account as my current number is not registered. Can’t even make a new account as my email is assosiated with an acccount already. This was not a very well thoughout change. Quess I’ll just get Domino going forward.

We ordered personal pan pizzas on the special day where they were 2 bucks. The place was packed when we came for pick up. People were being so nasty to the staff. They handled it so well. We waited about an hour xtra five minutes, but the pizzas were amazing. Shout out to the staff for the bs they take daily. We appreciate you!!

Ordered garlic Parmesan for wing Wednesday and got the tiniest bit of sauce and none of it on the chicken. Last two weeks were good, but we are back to having no sauce on the wings like before I quit ordering from them. Guess things never really change. Also if I call, they tell me that it is just the sauce… I don’t understand how it could be just the sauce if you aren’t actually putting enough sauce on there. They won’t remake and resend, so this is the last time I am ever ordering from them again. Twitter Pizza Hut just tries to give me a code for the next time I order online, but that isn’t good enough when this happens more than just this one time and the store won’t fix their mistake. So much for valuing a paying customer.
