Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while. Decided to give it a try. It wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the best either. There was a bogo deal on which was a substantially better offer than their competitors. I think they are trying to be like Little Ceasers. The pizzas reminded me of the $5 pick up pizzas I used to get from there.

The people at this carry out Pizza Hut are awesome! The service is great and they’re always friendly and professional. This store always puts the customer first. That’s hard to find anymore. The manager at this Pizza Hut is exceptional. They always get it right and no matter how tired they are from their very popular store, they always have a smile to welcome you. We have a very specific type of pizza we like and it’s never right when we order it on the app. This store manager has worked with us consistently to make sure we have a great experience!

I ordered pizza for my family from this location and it was not great! One of the pizzas had several slices with no sauce and burnt cheese, mostly just crust. Another pizza was undercooked and difficult to cut from being too doughy. It’s disappointing to spend so much and have the kids not even want to eat it!

Pizza Hut pt1
This Pizza Hut located on Truman Rd. Across from Van Horn High school, has ALWAYS been a problem. With not just my self but several others, as customers and as for employees.
The quality of their food…. Is horrible.
The customer service…. Just as bad.
I had an ill mannered, complicated, incompetent, so called, ” manager ” come to “assist me” which is an understatement by far. She was the same one who hung up on me, when I tried to explain to her about the food.
So instead of sending my son in this time. I came in. I recorded the whole scenario. I plan to post soon. As well as send it to a couple news stations. I have have to do this. Because their ability to fix issues that arise are apparently too complicated for them to fix nor understand.
It was about 9:45pm on December 1st 2021.
I walked in and placed the bread sticks on the counter pulled out the so called product that looked like there was a thin film of mold on top.
IT WAS NOT MOLD
But it looked nasty. The customer that followed in right after me, even gasped at the site. Following a over-exaggerated sounding,
” ewwwwwe…”
I looked back at her, and said, “don’t order breadsticks or pan pizza.”
