I do not usually order delivery, but I was very pleased with this Pizza Hut tonight. The first order did not look quite right. The pizza appeared undercooked and looked like it may have been mishandled. After calling the store, the manager was quick to address the issue and sent out a replacement right away.
The delivery driver was very kind and apologetic, which we truly appreciated. Mistakes happen, and that is completely okay as long as they are addressed. In this case, everything was handled well, and we were happy with the outcome.

I’ve been a long time customer here because my husband likes the stuffed crust but we will not be ordering here again. We ordered 1 stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and 16 wings with 2 dipping sauces. After waiting 20 minutes past my estimated time, the staff attempted to hand us a personal pan pizza with chicken on it and nothing more than the sorry excuse that they ran out of stuff. No apology, nothing but rudeness from the staff. We asked for a refund and left empty handed. My refund never came and when I called to get it fixed, again I was met with rudeness and the information that I could call when the manager would be at the store between a 4 hour window. I called during that time frame and the manager was very short with me and acted like a refund would be inconvenient and she could credit my rewards account for an amount less than I paid instead. I requested the refund for the full amount even though it would take longer. She told me no problem and quickly hung up the phone without another word. Never once have I received any kind of apology for anything. The staff only know how to be rude. Very disappointing.

ATTENTION DELIVERY/DOOR DASH ORDERERS! CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS!! If you place a delivery, often it will get rerouted to doordash! This store frequently refuses to provide receipts when your delivery is being sent through DoorDash (or other services potentially. I am a doordash driver) because the prices are DIFFERENT from in-store prices. Not sure if this is legal but VERY SCUMMY!

I’ve been disappointed many times at this location. It’s close so I have found myself accepting the fact that I may or may not be disappointed, possibly both depending on how many pizzas I order. Well Wednesday, I ordered pizza and was disappointed yet again that my pepperoni lovers had one maybe two pieces of pepperoni. I honestly was so tired rather than call and have it remade I told my kids it was cheese pizza with a surprise and sent an email about it. Haven’t heard anything back yet though. Perhaps I will drive up the road a little further the next time I want pizza.

My experience is primarily as a DoorDash driver. The staff is prompt and friendly. Service was good as well when I’ve ordered takeout personally.

I ordered two medium pizzas, and both were wrongly made….I ordered a super Supreme and a bbq chicken. The bbq chicken didn’t have BBQ SAUCE which how do you have a bbq chicken pizza with bbq sauce and it has red pizza sauce….then I open up the Supreme and to my surprise there is not an ounce of cheese on it! I called and only got $10 refunded back to my card….but that’s not even the point…the point is how do you work at a pizza place and forget the cheese?!
