This spot is an absolute embarrassment. Have a call center to take orders that can barely comprehend the order. Asked for well done pizzas which none of the 3 pies were. And then this location doesnt take bills larger than 20 dollars. Should just go ahead and close this location down

My delivery was wrong but food was good even after having to drive up to the location due to missing and worng items, im giving them a 5 star simply for the older guy working lobby on 2-7-26 at 6:50pm, he’s a keeper and absolutely amazing at his job i should’ve asked him for his name, he definitely deserves a raise even at one point i overheard him mention he should’ve been off at 4pm and he was also supposed to be a delivery driver! he stayed simply to help out other employees, keep up the good work man this world needs people like you! and shout out to the team as well even though my order was incorrect, you don’t realize just how important you are and i wish the best for all of you working at this location!

Josh the Mgr told me there was a credit on my account for a pizza they messed up. I asked him how long I had to use the credit he said 30 days but I’d just have to call to get it adjusted because he made a note. I go back today and even show my original receipt and now Josh nor the lady Dawn will honor my credit. How does a credit expire???? If I buy a gift card it doesn’t expire in 30 days so why would my credit expire?? Its a free pizza credit. Managers like Josh should not be so rude these days to paying customers. A credit for your screw up should still be a credit even after 30 days!

Horrible customer service. Made an order online and got a call immediately that they were out of medium dough. They said they would have to cancel order and I will probably not get money back until Monday. I’m house sitting with 3 kids and just spent last of money on my card on this order. They also refused to switch order to something else to accommodate. Very frustrating

Ordered a large thin crust. They forgot marinara sauce and it was very undercooked.. I didn’t inspect it until after I got home to the kids. Had to toss it out.. it was ready on time though.

As I was waiting my turn in line, I was able to look through a little window on the door that led to the kitchen. I watched numerous employees taking food out of the oven and putting it into boxes with no gloves. Not only that, but they were TOUCHING every item as they were putting them in the box. When I got to the front of the line, I told the representative about it. He said they should know better than to do that. I told him that I saw him do it too after he was up front touching the keyboard and everyone’s payment methods. He offered to remake it, but I declined. Other customers heard this interaction and left without their orders.

Ordered delivery, showed up without my 4 side items. Store uses doordash to outsource drivers. Driver tells me he will return with drinks, only to text me moments later that he’s not going back to the store. Call the store, on hold for 45 mins(gave up)… Won’t order from this location again.

My online order was completely screwed up. And I was a little down bc I used my rewards for that order. And when I called to get it sorted out, it was only half showing the order on their system. But AFTER DRIVING TO THE WRONG LOCATION AND I FINALLY I came in TO THE RIGHT ONE with my online receipt and the manager Jeanette Was very helpful and made everything so much better. I love Pizza Hut and use my rewards all the time! So I appreciate good service! And you have an amazing employee. I highly recommend this location. COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA

Ordered a 3 topping pizza online for $17.98. Received a cheese pizza. Spoke with manager and asked to remake with 3 toppings. Was told no. Asked for a refund and was told no! She/he can’t refund. Returned the pizza and never received the my money back. Not sure of the manager name but she was white with a buzz cut and black teeth. Rude. Disputed charge with my bank and left pizza on the counter at 6pm 5/17

Order a large cheese pizza and and Pepperoni melt It only had 15 pounds of garlic garlic way too much. I’d have brushed nightly percent of it off just so I can eat it. And they had no pepperoni really in it. Very didn’t layer very disappointed?
