I did an order last Sunday 01/25 on the Pizza Hut website for delivery. It was a snow day. However, the case the money was taken off my card and no pizza was ever delivered. I tried calling everyday and the phone rang a few times and goes into buzzy. I made a visit Wednesday 01/28/2026 and asked about my refund. The tall African American guy with a very nonchalant attitude, ” yeah uhm it will take 5-7 days for your refund,we was closed”. First off “yeah uhm” is very unprofessional! Need a class in customer service. Secondly why would any money be taken from anyone if the establishment is not open. Just like the phone wasn’t answered and calls ignored, that charge on my card for an undelivered pizza should have been ignored as well. I’m not understanding why it would take this long for a refund to be returned and it was a debit which means you all have the money. I should be able to come there and get cash back for a service that was never provided. In which to me that’s considered theft at this point. I need to speak to a manager not an unprofessional person at the counter that can’t even look you in your face and speak. I want my money asap!

Love the staff and food. I work in the plaza and visit often. I only wish something could be enforced about door dashers parking in the no parking fire line in front of the store. I see often a fire truck not being able to get through until the driver leaves.

The gentleman who was helping me asked if I would like my breadsticks remade because they were broken a little bit and I said sure. He ended up giving me both sets of breadsticks and threw in an extra pizza because I had to wait. This gentleman went above and beyond for the customer and it will not be forgotten. I will definitely be back to this location.

Pizza was horrible, there was no pizza sauce on the pizza at all, just cheese and bread and the topping I chose, I took a drink out of my soda I ordered and it tasted weird and flat, so I looked at the expiration date it was June 5,2023 date so I received a expired drink. Overall my food, drink, overall was horrible, not to mention the pizza was very dry and overcooked thin crust. Very disappointed. Date ordered July 30, 2023 Sunday

I ordered a pizza for delivery Saturday night, 11/22 and my order was then cancelled and I wasnt notified until I was tracking my delivery and it told me the store cancelled my order. When I called Sunday morning, the manager didn’t apologize, didn’t explain what happened, didn’t even greet me only asked what store I ordered from and then transferred me back to whoever answered the phone without telling me what the resolution was going to be. Won’t be ordering again.
