I ordered a large New York style pizza and once it arrived. It was cold, and disgusting. I called the store and Danika with a K got an attitude with me and told me she guesses she would credit me, but she made the pizza herself and she knows its fine, which is not the case -it’s disgusting, and my children are sitting here hangry, plus refusing to eat it. There’s no sauce nor cheese, and it’s hard as a rock. It will not pass the wall test . She did not credit me, and she did not send me a fresh pizza -so here I am ordering from another place even though I just spent $50 on this non-edible pizza. Thanks, Danika with a K your location sucks. I’ll never be back, & i will tell everyone i know. You should find a new career because your pizza making skills are terrible ;As well as you being a manager. Thanks for nothing!

Just tried to do delivery from here. had been refreshing the app constantly and waiting to hear a knock or doorbell but nothing. The app still says it’s being delivered but discovered that it was delivered 15 minutes ago and had been sitting outside on the ground. Our food is now infested with ants. Called pizza hut to try to make it right bc it seems like the app should have told us it was delivered – they were unhelpful and would not send another order out bc it was “our fault” we weren’t sitting staring at the door and only checking the app. Customer service not up to par. would not recommend.

Worst Pizza Hut pizza ever. No sauce and sparce toppings. Consider hiring adults to make the pizza. Wasted $25. Owner should lose franchise. Wasn’t an option to give zero stars.
