Honestly, I want my money back for my order. Pizza is very dry and hardly no toppings on it. Service is always good. But tonight reminded me why I stopped coming to this location unfortunately. Definitely not worth $33

Absolutely disgraceful, if I owned this location I’d give heavy consideration to closing indefinitely. 2 wrong orders in 2 hours then ” the oven is off so you can only refund”. I call in to get the issue resolved and even offer to pick it up. Guy on the line asks if I want the the order from the original ticket. I say yes then the wrong pizza is delivered again. I call and end up on a 3 way call with the pizza maker telling me I’m wrong and he can only offer a refund. Too late to get food really anywhere else. I can’t imagine feeling this place worth another chance.

I spent $31 to have a large thin and crispy pizza delivered. It had cracker thin crust and the inside part of every slice was limp and soggy and fell off when I picked up the slice. On one half the cheese was white. The other half had orange grease on top of the cheese. It was the most disgusting “pizza” I have ever received! I can say with all my heart I will NEVER eat another delivery pizza in this life or in the hereafter! The entire crust was cracker thin so picking up a slice was impossible. It didn’t even taste like pizza!

We spent 60 bucks on food here, and the manager refuses to give us a refund. He claims that he needs the card in person, despite us ordering online. My car was stolen last night, so I cannot do that. Isn’t the point of ordering delivery to not have to drive AND not get SCAMMED? I feel like I’ve been stolen from all over again.
Our pizza arrived uncooked and uneatable. No dinner, no car, so now no money to get food.

I made a request to modify my order under special instructions which was totally disregarded because they don’t see the special instructions until they ring up the receipt. I was then told that to get my order remade I would have pay for it! I request half cheese and half pepperoni & sausage extra sauce on both and the pizza NOT be cut. Needless to say that I won’t be going back. Also after spending over FIFTY dollars for two pizza you still have to purchase the crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese unbelievable!

The cheese sticks were overcooked and only one tiny cup of marinara. The thin crust pizza was not hot and one of the 8 boneless wings was undercooked. The only good item was Cinnabons.

Edit review : so I had to come back and edit my review. Did ai love these wings. Absolutely. Until the last two times I’ve ordered them. I thought the last time was a fluke so I let it go. But ai picked these up last night for dinner tonight and look at them. If I wanted plain boneless wings I would have ordered them without sauce. They have ABSOLUTELY ZERO FLAVOR. THERE MIGHT POSSIBLY NOT BE A CHANCE TO FOOL ME A 3rd time and I was getting these 3-4x a week until you quit with the sauce. Very disappointing Pizza Hut.

This was Pizza Hut $8.99 pasta bowl!!!! This is NOT was you call a pan of pasta. You see the pan snd look how much pasta they put in this bowl!! They put a tablespoon then speeded it around the pan and added cheese to make it look full!! This is why I prefer Dominos over Pizza Hut! Dominos potions are bigger and their pasta bowls are $6.99. The cashier didn’t give forks or napkins!! But I’m asked to give a tip before I even receive my food
