Disgusting location. Found 2 separate long brown hairs in one of my pizzas. Call and asked for a refund on that pizza. Was told that I could only have a credit towards a future order. I said I do not want to order from this location again and was again refused a refund, only a partial credit. I was told to bring my pizzas back if I wanted a full refund. When I did they refused to give a refund because one was partially eaten. Complete waste of my time driving back to the store to be refused any sort of help.

Have been ordering from here for years…they recently moved to this location but suddenly in the last few weeks the pizzas are awful. Hand tossed crust is some doughy flat tasteless soggy mess. Forgot the bacon too. So I figured the first one was a fluke until today’s was a bad repeat. Ugly pizza should have not been sent out. Another fave place lost.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online and we received the wrong pizza. I called to get the correct one we ordered and they said there is nothing they can do. Now my son doesn’t have dinner because he’s allergic to onions. That’s what’s on the pizza. So sad how they treat their customers. Never going back.

I ordered through the pizza hut app and had a promo code for a free flatbread pizza. My total was $6 which I paid through the app. When I arrived to pick up my pizza I was told I now owed an additional $5, which was the amount of the free pizza. I showed them my online receipt showing it was paid in full. I was told that the app must have glitched and that it wasn’t their fault but I would have to pay the extra $5 to get either of my pizzas. Elliot the manager was very unwilling to help. I talked to Michael Holman who offered me a credit towards a future purchase but I told him I would rather have the $5 back that I never should have paid in the first place. He then got very aggressive and said never mind you can’t have anything. Very rude and unwilling to help when their app clearly messed up.

Always love the pizza here. I rate it 4 stars because it IS chain pizza and better is out there plain and simple. I recently switched back from Dominos, and I’m happy I did. I get the 2 medium one topping pizzas for 7.99 a piece, which feeds my wife and I both 2-3 times. Kevin and the guys inside are always very pleasant to deal with as well. I miss the sitting area at the old location, but I understand the needs of the business no longer matching the space.

Ordered two pizzas online. When i got to the store, they could not find my order. They then told me they were closing early so any orders after 5 pm were deleted. A simple phone call before i drove all the way there would have been nice. A notice on their web page that they are not accepting orders would have prevented this.
I am done with the poor customer service these corporations provide. Not only will i never set foot in another Pizza Hut, i will never go in any resturaunt that is part of Yum Brands. I suspect i will be healthier in the long run. Always a bright side.

I liked pizza when it was a dine in. I don’t know if new owns took over but we came to the new location twice and the service was terrible. Our food said it was done and we did get our food until 30 mins after. It was warm, I guess. I feel like they could do better. I love pizza hut but will go to domino’s. More often.

I personally love ordering here but tonight I am beyond ticked off from their service I called at 5:11 pm to order 2 things right should only take about 2 minutes the guy acted confused was even asking ppl questions it goes on for 8 minutes I already said the 2 things I want he puts me on hold I decide to hang up and call back exited to have a new person on the phone I order my 2 things and also said something about the last person she ignores everything I said about the last person takes my order they say 15 minutes and that was at 5:21 pm then my bf goes in there and they try to say I only ordered 1 thing not two things so they say we have to wait for them to make the brownie it’s 6:00 o’clock and all we ordered was a pizza and a brownie ..

I live 3 minutes from pizza hut and ordered delivery for once. Worst mistake since they use doordash and will be getting it after it has been sitting in a car for 30 minutes.
Pizza arrived barely warm, but the dasher was nice though.
