This location specializes in absolute garbage customer service. I placed a carryout order and went to pick it up but sat in line for around 10 minutes while someone kept changing their mind about a carryout order that was already placed. He actually wanted me to pay real quick because he knew he would take forever but the genius worker wanted to help him “first”. I was the only car in the TOGO pickup spot. My food was no longer fresh at that point. Trash management/POS service, will no longer support!!!!

I don’t know what on earth they’ve done to the pan pizza but they need to go back how it originally was. The bread thickness is smaller.The bread is also undercooked they need to leave it in the oven longer i put special instructions for them to do so and they never listen. leaves my stomach feeling queasy the Pizza Hut on Terra lane in Ofallon tastes like it’s supposed to.idk why this one makes it different.Pizza Hut used to be the only pizza I ate as it was my favorite.now I can’t even stomach it.l didn’t finish my large sausage pan too undercooked and too soft/soggy.i gave them chance after chance to make it right but no luck so | guess l’ll be finding a new pizza spot that’s not always trying to change things up i see why a lot of these restaurants are closing down you pay premium price for mediocrity.i mean i was fine with the price but the quality has definitely diminished of the pan pizza from this Pizza Hut.

HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION LEAVING DRINKS OFF MY ORDER TO TODAY 9/27 UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE ANSWERING THE PHONE TO SAYING I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30-35 MINS FOR DELIVERY. THEN AN HOUR GOES BY I CALL SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE STATES THAT DOORDASH ISNT DELIVERING AND HE CANT DELIVER THE FOOD THEN PROCEEDS TO SAY THAT HE LEFT ME A MESSAGE WITH NO MESSAGE LEFT. UNACCEPTABLE AND DEFINATELY NOT SUPPORTING THIS PARTICULAR FRANCHISE AGAIN

Absolutely the worst pizza place,
Waited 1 hour and 30 mins for my pizza and then they lost my order and said it would be another 10 mins to re make it I said fine. Almost 1 hour 45 mins I finally get my pizza and I get home and it wasn’t even the right pizza.
Then the guy says i have “credit coming” but still haven’t received that credit and hangs up on me doesn’t even let me order my dinner.
I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and advise others not to either.
also I was not the only one complaining that night, there was about 6 people waiting for there pizzas and the Pizza Hut worker told the one customer you still wanna wait a few minutes? And the customer said Nope I’m done and walked out. I should have done the same.
If I could give zero stars I would.

The workers here are clearly treated horribly by corporate/their franchise group but every time I’ve been in here (fairly often) I can tell they’re trying their best. Location isn’t always open when it’s supposed to be, but when it is, my food is done quick and well. Most of the bad reviews here are for delivery orders, I tend to pick my own up instead and take advantage of the pretty great deals this location offers in the app. I’m not even upset when they unnecessarily print a second receipt for me to sign when I get there in order to guilt me into tipping them, because they deserve it. Really hope this location stays open, every other pizza chain’s pan crust is a disgrace in comparison.

THAT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER CAME ACROSS. WE SPECIFICALLY ORDERED NO MEAT AND WE HAVE PROOF OF ORDERING A ONLY VEG PIZZA.

We ordered from this pizza hut location, which has previously messed up our orders many times, but thought we’d give it another try. I sent my kids to pick up the order, and my son witnessed the worker drop our order of breadsticks on the floor, look up and make eye contact with him, proceed to pick it up, put it in the box and give it to them like nothing had happened. He was so shocked that they went to the car with the order and called me to see what to do. I told him to go back and get a new box of breadsticks, which they did but also forgot to give us a 2L of soda that was supposed to be in the order and there was a hair in our wings. I am absolutely disgusted that this happened and if my son hadn’t seen it, we would’ve been served and eaten nasty breadsticks from the floor unknowingly. I am never going back to this Pizza Hut location or any others for that matter ever again knowing that this is the way they treat their customers.

Once again the website had me order from this location, and once again the order is 40 minutes late and STILL HASN’T BEEN PICKED UP FOR DELIVERY! The parking lot at this location is a disaster, we tried ONCE. This is the last time I order Pizza Hut. They got rid of the great drivers they had and now use DoorDash, which sucks. My pizza will be cold and stale.

Not sure what happened to this place lately. Our past two orders in the last month were very late. The most recent order took 2.5 hours to arrive and the pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. As it turns out, Taco Bell “out-pizzas the Hut” – We ate that instead.
