Bathroom smell and need major attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. Food was messed up, tea was gross and tasted rotten. Service slow. (But the waitress was nice) Also, there are space heaters all over the whole place, but its still cold in there. Yuck!
Whoever owns this business should feel embarrassed. Do better. Won’t be coming back.

I mean I don’t want to sound mean or ugly but here’s my experience when they had no heat they were running a little bitty mini box heaters and it was not keeping the dining room warm at all but my son had his heart set on eating Pizza Hut and getting the salad bar so there is not another customer in the building waitress seats us take our drink order and we don’t see another worker for at least 30 minutes and after that we have a very very little interaction with her the rest of the time she drops her Pizza off with the Bill and then she’s gone I don’t see her again I had to wait at the cash register for a while before she came to even take my payment not another customer came in while we were there and no one really came in to pick up any orders maybe one or two but you can hear the staff in the back just cutting up laughing and having a good old time aside from that the food was great lol

I did reply to the response below via email with all the relevant information I even attached my card charge statement and they ghosted me so pay no mind to the comment below as they did not in fact make it right I’m assuming that the response was just for their image publicly. Because thats such a weird and fake thing to do i changed my review from 2 stars to 1.

Two large pizzas and two drinks is $40.00. That is outrageous pricing. The service was not very good as well. Many other pizza places are in the area that are better tasting, better, and better pricing.

I ordered online and wanted to switch from cash payment to card. The worker i spoke with on the phone, Travis I think, was very helpful and efficient. Then my delivery driver, I hate that I dont have his name, was also GREAT and had even told me he saw my delivery note when every other delivery drivers from other places deliver my food to my neighbor. Great service, and food was delicious and hot!

Ate here Sunday 2-15-26. Waited for someone to come out and seat us…..we thought we were alone in the place. Saw a couple guys in the kitchen & had to ask for help. A guy with dirty, disheveled clothes finally came out to seat us. Made our personal pans with the wrong dough so they flopped. He apologized & gave us a deal on a med. pizza that was average….also gave us dirty silverware to eat with.

Maybe I caught them at a bad time, ordered pizza, wings and sticks online. Recieved a call that the fryer was down, so no wings. The pizza had about 3 inches of crust with no topping and barely sauced. The cheese sticks were great.

Absolutely thrilled with our server. She knew it was about to get very busy, so she hooked me up by bringing extra drinks in advance, and giving me the ticket in advance. She even had boxes ready for us! I appreciated it because it showed me that she valued and respected my time.
I hope she got oodles of tips because that place was packed!

We switched to Dominos years ago for price wit 4 kiddos… the Hut has made a comeback n value an of course who doesnt love their sauce dough topping mashup?! Great service an huge parking lot wit a 3 lane entrance ramp…with a small exit to the mall …wait time very low an great window clerks…ask for napkins

We came around 6pm on a Saturday and it was busy inside, drive thru, and on the phone. Service was ok. Our waitress was also doing something else besides waiting tables. Food was good. Salad bar was open.
