We ordered the new yorker pizza and a family order of cheese sticks last Thursday night the pizza sauce was so watered down it was not good I hope this is not a permanent change of sauce for other pizzas… waitress brought us our drinks and food but never came back till she brought us our check…we love going to the one in Duquoin but if this is a permanent change it may be our last visit….owners seem concerned but there link doesn’t work to post a reply so so could care less what you think because they won’t do nothing to fix any problems

Homeless and hungry, this gentleman made me an extremely delicious pizza, and had the waitress bring me a large sweet tea. The kindness and service was exceptional. My Granny used to spoil me a little with the cavatini!! I loved the school program reading books. My bratty monsters learned to read, not just crave great pizza.

The food was good but the service was horrible. We were there with our kids and after she brought us our pizzas she never came back. Didn’t get refills, boxes or a check and when we went up to pay and ask for boxes they couldn’t even find our check so who knows if we got charged the right amount.

3 of us went last night because they were doing a fundraiser and we wanted to be supportive. The positive – the food was pretty good, what you’d expect from pizza hut, and the salad bar was also well stocked. There were 7 pizzas on offer the entire hour we were there + red sauce penne pasta, bread sticks, cinnamon sugar bread sticks, and the salad bar.
The negative – the place was just gross, the plates were soaking wet – not hot out of the dishwasher wet, just cold, soaking wet. The silverware was soaking through the napkins wet. The table was sticky. My hand literally stuck to the bathroom door so bad I had to peel it off. Both male and female bathrooms were disgusting, I was slip-sliding through the men’s room, and my wife had to shoulder the women’s room stall open because it got stuck closed.
When we went to checkout, we stood there for 12 minutes waiting for someone to just take our money. They weren’t under-staffed, the place wasn’t slammed, they just…couldn’t be bothered. The lady doing drive through just kept looking at us apologetically but said she couldn’t do anything because she needed one of the servers’ fingerprint to check us out. After we stood there for 10 minutes, she finally yelled across the entire place for our server to come check us out. They also charged us for 3 buffets with drinks even though only 1 of us got a drink, but I just didn’t care to correct it by the time we finally got rung out.
I don’t think we’ll be back. We usually stick to Dominoes anyway, and only came to support the charity.

Went in for late lunch. Very clean. The server was friendly and polite. The food was great and served quickly. Family size cheese breadsticks were a large portion.
Hubby tried one of the sandwiches that replaced his beloved p’zone. He ordered the meat lovers, and it was stuffed. Crust was thinner and toasted.

Got these “honey bbq” boneless wings from there today. You’d think with the price increase they’d at least not cut down on the sauce lol. Added two pictures for the ones that say it’s at the bottom and you just gotta shake it. Gotta have sauce for that to work. Thanks Pizza Hut

The big New Yorker was thin as paper and had hardly any sauce or cheese and literally tasted like cardboard and was overcooked especially for something so thin. Kinda upset they’d even sell customers something that looked so terrible.Du Quoin Il Pizza Hut.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and will be the last time. They never populated my order for a driver waited almost 2 hrs and food was cold worst service ever. How do they stay open?

We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. We waited 40 minutes and they brought out one pizza. It was room temperature at best. I finished my cool pizza before my husband got his, only after asking about it. There was only 4 other tables at the time. And the waitress forgot our drink order.

We ordered our food at 1930 and at 2155 still no food. Nurse called to see what happened and waiter said oh well we don’t have delivery yet. Staff member called the order in, not on line!! When we called back over 2 hours later, the girt said, we don’t deliver but she was told on phone it was for delivery! The girl got paid with my charge card. She said, she would delete it so I will get it back. Well, it’s now 2240 and I still show a charge on my card!!!! I doubt seriously she knows how to reimburse me!! Lesson learned!
