To fellow dashers: I strongly recommend declining orders from this establishment. They have clearly expressed their disinterest in our partnership. They consistently will put your orders to the back of the que. Furthermore, they won’t even start it sometimes until you’ve arrived. This is a 30+ minute wait. It’s your money, choose your time wisely.
The front-of-house staff member, Marie, has openly voiced concerns regarding the allocation of DoorDash orders despite having three drivers on schedule. If this is indicative of how your front-facing personnel interact with a partnered business, a review of their role as a front desk host may be warranted. Furthermore, considering the already extended wait times at this Pizza Hut location, it would be unfortunate if DoorDash drivers ceased fulfilling orders on nights when pizza huts drivers are unavailable. We know which nights you do not have drivers. We are not stupid. I will personally be adding this store to my dispute list to avoid future order pickups.

I ordered carry out, for my kids birthday party!! we all loved the pizza it was perfect and hot! no complaints at all the service was also wonderful when picking up my order all friendly vibes!! definitely recommend it for big party orders!! they also have their dine in i’ve sat in a couple times and they do amazing with service there!!

The food is usually good, but wait times are often high. Also, you never know when the dining room is open. It’s often locked without warning. It’s hard to get someone to help you when using the drive-thru. The customer service here really needs some help.

I could tell they were EXTREMELY busy tonight, but they didn’t show it! When I called to fix my order, the manager Matthew helped and was very accommodating despite the mistake on my end. My first choice for pizza will always be Pizza Hut!!

Honestly if you care about having good pizza hut i would stay away from here. Long wait time and they have to ask you multiple times for your name. When i got my pizza it wasnt even hot, even a little cold… Probably sitting in the warmer for god knows how long. I would strongly recommend another pizza place. But the place is a least clean. Also it took me over 45 minutes over the estimated time. Please be careful ordering from here.

The pizza was good. But we placed an order for 8 pizzas at 7am online. We had the delivery time set at 745pm. We had 30 kids waiting for dinner and we’re on a schedule. Pizza finally arrived at 820pm. Over 30mins late. Look at the recent reviews. Someone needs to address whatever is going on over there. Being in management my entire life I will say, it starts at the top.

Im really disappointed in what we ordered…the 2 pizzas were really dry usually the pizza is fresh it just was not right feel i wasted my money ….hope ya turn this restaurant around for the better….but yes pizza dry
