Ordered from Freeburg I’ll last week Supreme pan pizza had hardly any cheese, not even enough to cover the sauce . So we just added cheese. This happened the last time we ordered months ago. So we started going somewhere else. We figured we try again, but still the same. What is going on not putting cheese on pizza? I don’t have problems with the other pizza places. I finally managed to order a pizza through their broken app and then I get a call saying that they don’t have any delivery drivers working at this time. A complete disaster from start to finish. Total waste of time.

They was very very rude I order a pizza, wings, bread sticks and pasta he came in and pretty much threw it on the table. They didn’t inform me that they charge $3.25 for delivery. After he threw my food he handed me my receipt and I asked where I sign at and he said “Where it says signature” and he had a very rude tone. I signed the receipt and I went to give him the one he needed and he snatched the paper out of my hand and he pulled my finger as I went to give him his pen back. Then after he left I called and spoke with as he called himself the manager and he was very disrespectful and I asked to talk to someone higher then him and every time I asked he kept telling me that they won’t be in for a couple weeks and then I asked for mild sauce for my wings because they didn’t come with anything on them and he got even more rude and I originally called to report a driver and he said that he didn’t know that information which as a manger you should. I had a colleague pick up the sauce I ordered and they didn’t even give me the right kind.

My pizza wasn’t a thing of beauty let’s just say, I was sure that at some point the driver had to hit the brakes a little too, late or too, hard. As a former driver I understand this happens, but I also would have checked the pizza before walking to the door, but it wasn’t horrible or inedible, so I didn’t call to complain.

We couldn’t split 24 wing half spicy garlic half BBQ & they were $20. The woman we ordered from was kindof rude over the phone. Then when we went to pick it up the first thing she says is we are parked in a fire lane and we will get a ticket. She wasn’t the most present in person either. On the bright side the food is warm. Tip to others: Don’t park in the fire lane. Not sure if it’s posted. But we didn’t see a sign.
