I made an online order for traditional naked wings and fries, with pasta and cheese sticks. Everything was right except for the wings. They sent me boneless naked wings. I called and asked them to redeliver the right wings. Someone tells me their supervisor is going to reissue it for free. I wait one hour and no one shows up. I call again and they apologize, saying they’ll resend my wings properly. 30 minutes pass, and I get boneless wings again, with honey BBQ sauce instead of naked. The second worker even asked me what wings I asked for. The only plus is they sent me free fries with it, probably for the previous mistake of not sending anyone. But I can’t eat fries with wings I don’t like and didn’t order the first time.

This Pizza Hutt still does it’s buffet, which honestly I had thought Pizza Hutt phased out.
Employees are always nice, buffet is usually diverse enough to give options, not the largest, but honestly just excited to see it these days. Kids love the buffet.

After a long week of travel, I placed an online order at 7:42 PM while most of my family was asleep. The estimated delivery time was 8:07 PM with clear instructions: “Do not knock, leave at door.” I ordered one medium and one large pizza, along with breadsticks and marinara.
Not only was the order late (arrived at 8:29 PM—nearly twice the expected time for a location less than 3 miles away), but it also appears they placed a medium pizza in a large box. As shown in the picture, there’s even a medium slice sitting on top of another pizza that’s the exact same size, supposedly the large one.
The breadsticks came with only one small (2.5 oz) marinara cup, and it wasn’t even half full—barely enough for a single breadstick. On top of that, the “hand-tossed” pizza was thinner than a frozen Jack’s thin crust. Ironically, the thick crust pizza was about as thick as a proper hand-tossed should be.
Very disappointed—especially for a $40+ order. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and probably not from Pizza Hut at all.

I would rate lower than this ONE STAR. I ordered two large pizzas and it was literally just bread cheese and pepperoni. NO SAUCE!!!! I called the store and was told that it can only be remade. That they only allowed to put a certain amount of sauce on the pizza. I paid for delivery but was told to bring the pizza back and would have to pay for extra pizza sauce … long story short this pizza was dry as hell and I paid damn near $30

I got my pizza 2 hours after ordering plus leaving an electronic driver tip. i originally placed my order online and realized i wrote Apt 11 instead of 1. I called to get it changed and they told me they fixed it. I called back saying my pizza hasn’t arrived after 2 hours. A worker tells me that the driver handed it directly to me. I said i don’t have any pizza so no she didn’t. I told him it may have been delivered to 11, the one i switched it from. He says he switched the apartment from 1 to 11 like I requested. I assured him It was the other way around. So now as i’m walking upstairs to confront my neighbors if they took a pizza they didn’t pay for, the worker says the driver said she left it at the door as requested and took the cash tip off the door. I told him how when i left an electronic tip when i placed my order? How when the apartment you left my pizza at didn’t even order pizza? Why would there be a tip on their door ?Also, she’s switching her story up. Did she hand it directly to the person or leave it at the door?! Nonetheless, I grabbed my pizza from my neighbors door and called it a day. My pizza was cold and nasty, even after heating it up. I would remove my driver tip if I could. All she did was argue instead of trying to understand what could have went wrong.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCAITON. I ordered three pizzas and bread sticks for delivery. They forgot a pizza. Fine, no big deal I guess. Called up, they sent another. Driver got here and needed $18. We were told this might happen and called back. Over 15 calls, I was patched to the call center 12 times. The three times I got the store they hung up on me as I explained the situation. Absolutely bizarre behavior. This is fairly high level incompetence and poor business sense. I am truly blown away. Stay far away from this dumpster fire of a location. Maybe they will close and we can get a real pizza restaurant in there. Pizza world is across the street. Might be more expensive, but at least you’ll get what you pay for. Oh, and when you call Pizza World, they answer. Screw you Pizza Hut!

Came in here with my kiddos and husband. The food was outstanding, hot and the customer service was amazing. We came here for late night dinner for the New Year’s Eve. The staff had excellent communications, are was well kept. John was manager and did amazing.

I ordered a pizza at 5:19pm its 9:09 and im still getting text messages that my order is still trying to be delivered. Call center customer service GARBAGE…store customer service TRASH…I was told they had no delivery drivers by the call center..finally get someone from the store he says he is a delivery driver…he just clocked in and my order was next up…hr goes by..still no pizza…finally get a human in the store again and she tells me my order was stolen by door dash. I asked the call center to cancel my order at 7 something…it was never canceled..I asked the human in the store to cancel at 8 something…still receiving text that now pizza hut is delivering my pizza. Whole time i just ordered from Dominos…cuz pizza hut is fos

A few weeks ago I posted a scathing review of this location. I am pleased to see how much better everything is running. The feeling of the place is much improved under this manager. Lobby is clean and tidy, bathrooms smell good, food is appetizing and fresh. Employees move with more confidence, kitchen sounds like a team. Well done. Eat here. If you had a bad, give this location another try.
