Horrible customer service. They called to let me know they was out of 2 toppings for my ultimate pizza. I had also ordered a super supreme pizza that was never mentioned during the phone call. I replaced the 2 topping with 2 others. They said okay gave me estimated delivery time. Once The order was delivered. They had substituted my super supreme pizza for another ultimate pizza. Without asking. I then called the store to tell them my order was incorrect. The Girl on the phone was nice i know it wasn’t her fault or doing butter manager told her that there was nothing they could do since i made agreement with the cook to change the toppings and that because the order was changed to a medium tavern, ultimate that they could not deliver the super supreme pizza that i was missing and didn’t agree with changing!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Management is absolute trash!!!!

I placed an order 30 mins before closing. Not sure if that is why our pizza was so dry with hard crunchy sausage and Just in general way over cooked. I asked for light sauce that ended up with no sauce that made it even more dry. The cheese crust cooked out of the crust. They were closed when I realized, so I couldn’t return it or I would’ve. We choked a few pieces down because we were hungry. My husband pulled a hair out of his mouth on the second piece!
The wings were good at least.

Food was fresh and hot, my pizza had a good amount of toppings and was made to my request, my pan crust was perfect, customer service was great and it was done on time. I will definitely be back.

I Didn’t eat the pizza it was cold and unappetizing.
My issue is with the random person delivering my pizza over 30 minutes late no oven bag, no tamper tape. If PH is going to farm out delivery to door dash they should inform the customer. Evidently they have been doing this for 3 years. Maybe the fact I hadn’t been there in thar long says something.

Most horrendous experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut. I had an order with garlic parm wings, a tavern pepperoni pizza and a pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni. First things first, on the tavern pizza they gave Pepperoni and Pineapple? Not sure how you could mess that up that bad, bare in mind it’s tavern, I doubt another order of Tavern was placed at the same time for there to be any confusion. Secondly, the garlic parm wings were cooked fine, but had none of the garlic parm sauce, so essentially they were just plain wings and last the pan pizza for my mother/father was undercooked. All around the experience was very bad, though we tried to be lenient, we did make a call and complaint to make a reorder for the tavern pizza cause pineapple made that pizza inedible. Although it was completely messed up, we opted to just eat majority of it, and my son waited another hour for his tavern pizza. Upon arrival of the tavern pizza, there was nearly no sauce, no tavern seasonings, and it was weirdly cut. (As in typically with Tavern at Pizza Hut, it’s square cut but majority of the pizza is triangle cuts and some are cut in shapes as if they also tried cutting it in squares. It’s almost as if halfway during the cut they realized it was supposed to be square cut, so essentially everything is just messed up from our order. It’s not really fun to spend $30+ on food for an experience like this. Not sure if we’ll be back here when we can have other options such as Imos, and Papa Johns that most likely wouldn’t mess up 4/4 attempts in one night.

I consider myself a semi regular customer but not anymore. I spend extra money every time to get extra! Sauce and cheese and they never comply. My pizza for at least the third time in a row tastes like there is no sauce

Ate here last night, 12/22, and it was absolutely horrible. Pizza had no sauce, was overcooked, and dry. Cinnasticks had the same issue. Tasted like everything had been sitting out for a while even though I sat and waited 20 minutes for them to make it

The reviews about poor management here are sadly accurate. If they dont feel like making your order, they will cancel it. It was 3 hours ago I ordered, once it was supposed to be here I checked the order status and they canceled it because the so called “manager” “didnt think it was a real order” Without even considering the fact I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! (The manager started fumbling his words when I pointed this out) They got their money so there was no risk for them, but they chose not to make it. Now I have to wait for my refund and the best the manager could offer me was to let me re-order (and make me pay for it again) again even though I dont have my money back in my account yet so my kids went to bed without dinner. Re-ordered the next day and the pizzas had no sauce & the wings were barely sauced too. The reviews here about poor management and bad food here are very accurate.

just ordered two large pizzas, no sauce at all on the pizzas i called to complain and the manager matt told me he would not refund me or remake my order even if i brought the pizzas up stated i would be “wasting” my time. just got screwed over and they don’t even have the decency to remake the food or simply give me my money back offered to bring both the pizzas up to the store. smh will never order from here again!!!

The points you save up cant be used on delivery orders if you only want 1 thing. So ordering a large pizza is out. You still have to order 11.99 worth of food to cover delivery cost plus get a 6 buck delivery charge plus tax and a tip.
