I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut with my son. There was a mix-up with our order, so our food wasn’t ready when we arrived, but we were in no rush at all and had no problem waiting for a fresh pizza to be made.
What really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely kind and very apologetic, even though we were completely understanding. Without us asking for anything, they offered us drinks and some complimentary food while we waited, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.
Mistakes happen, but the way the team handled the situation speaks volumes about their customer service. We left feeling taken care of and grateful. We’ll absolutely be back.

Ordered three items, pizza arrived cold and missing 1/3 of order. Store refused to deliver missing item, remake full order fresh or refund order. Fraudulent to take payment and not deliver/replace missing item.

So incredibly disappointed in this evenings pizza. Very little cheese. Paid for extra topping, mushrooms, there were 5 on a medium stuffed crust. Pizza Hut. We won’t be back. Too expensive now quality is gone, would have been ok if quality had been there. So disappointing.

Good tasting pizza and breadsticks and the cinnamon breadsticks were real warm and tasty also. Nice family treat and the employees are polite and courteous. Conveniently located just off Pioneer Parkway with plenty of parking.

Never order Pizza Hut! I ordered online during a party and didn’t realize they charged me over $72 for two large pepperoni pizzas. Twenty minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I called the store on Pioneer Parkway and they were not friendly and said they don’t have any delivery drivers so they were waiting for a Door Dash driver to accept the order. An hour after it was supposed to arrive, it arrived and was cold and disgusting. NEVER again will I give Pizza Hut my business. So sad how this company has gone so far downhill since the red roofed buildings we frequented when I was a kid…..

Whoever the franchise owner is needs to evaluate the staff that worked 6-25-25 in the afternoon. Staff wasn’t attentive to customers waiting. 8 min and not even a hello. They were too busy disrespecting products, kicking pans on the floor, yucking it up. Didn’t seem at all sanitary, makes you wonder how they are treating my food and yours. Honestly, worst food I’ve gotten from this Pizza Hut Period.

Order a pizza, and I came into the store for carry out. They charged my card and then handed me my pizza covered in green stuff. I let them know this is not what I ordered. The guy with no teeth argued with me, saying it was my fault. I asked for a refund, and he stated we don’t do refunds, but he’d remake it or give me credit. I explained that I didn’t have time to wait. I have to be somewhere, and I’m behind. I also explained that I don’t live here, so a credit would do me no good. He said sorry, so I left without dinner or money.

Had their hand-tossed with sausage, beef, onions, and mushrooms and loved it. Consistently good pizzas. I’m a fan of the thin crust too. They’ve been around a long time and so have I. The hut, they were and still are one of my favorites.

Worst service. Ordered online and canceled. Driver called did not leave a message. I called the store and was informed that my order was out for delivery. 30 minutes later still waiting I contacted the manager and was informed that the order was canceled. This was 1.5 hours of waiting on my delivery. Terrible customer service.
