I usually order for delivery but recently picked up two pizzas, breadsticks, and some wings for dinner on a Wednesday night. Now would you imagine my surprise when I get a pizza that IS NOT EVEN COOKED. Luckily the wings were but I popped those in the oven too just in case. Please make sure this place COOKS YOUR FOOD.

we recently went back in hopes the service would be better. Limited food options around here of course and to my surprise when I ordered the pizza, THE WINGS WERE RAW. UNCOOKED CHICKEN. I learned my lesson and will not be repeating it again. This Pizza Hut is terrible.

Mom & I stopped in our local store. For me somethings have changed, the removal of their salad bar. Was bummed but totally understandable why. They seem to do a lot of carryouts & deliveries. We had great service from the general manager. She didn’t want to get her picture taken but she’s awesome. Clean restrooms, clean Resturant. We didn’t wait long at all for our food.

Very good service! Got served dine in on Sunday Aug 3rd 2025 (7:30 – 8pmish) even when they had no servers a nice gentleman still served us and did great. I can’t remember his name so I’m trying to detail as much as possible. It was the Pizza+Wing deal. He did awesome!!! Manager (or I assume was the manager) was also very nice. We never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut location yet.

Cole and the young woman working on 8/9/25 absolutely blew me and my party away with their incredible service. After being rained out of the splash pad birthday party unexpectedly, we took shelter at Pizza Hut, walking in with nearly 20 people. Cole jumped right in to help reorganize the seating to fit everyone and once sat immediately got drinks going. I did not get the young woman’s name but she was a power house with the serving tray.
Very grateful for how patient and understanding they were while we opened presents etc. (Three year olds are not exactly public space respectful) A really great time was had even with the rain and in no small part to the hard working people managing the floor and the window drive through

Twice this happened to my family and I (I thought the first time was a fluke). We walked in. There was a sign said ‘Please wait to be seated’ (I have been told that was finally removed). We stood there for 14 min. An employee walked out from the kitchen and said ‘”Go to the counter to get your order.” I replied we were dining in. She said “It don’t matter, go to the counter.” Went to the counter and waited 21 min. while the cashier answered four phone phone calls before addressing us. We began our order and then she stopped us to take care of a Door Dash order. I called the manager the next afternoon and was informed that Door Dash and phone orders take precedence over in house diners. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If I ran my store the way this store is run my district manager would have replaced me!

Since they switched to a third party and don’t deliver their own pizza anymore, you should plan on ordering two hours before you actually want your food because it takes FOREVER!

Usually use the drive up window after I’ve ordered on the app. Staff is always friendly and pizza is good. During a previous visit, they goofed on our half and half pizza (doing one half choices on whole pizza) so then made another pizza with other half choices. Appreciate the honestly and quick thinking to make us happy. We didn’t go inside so gave no atmosphere points. We enjoy Pizza Hut but only gave 4 stars because it is a pleasant good not a great. But that’s okay

I ordered pizza on the Pizza Hut app for a friend who is pregnant, her kids and husband. I prepaid. I received an email from Doordash who I did not order through that I had not paid and we needed to produce the cash. I called Pizza Hut and they said that my order was not paid for so I paid a second time. I got a bunch of messages from Doordash saying that they couldn’t find the house even though it had the correct address and then my friend called because when they showed up and said that the pizza wasn’t paid for. They eventually left it and my friend and her kids started eating dinner and then they came back and took the pizza from them in the middle of their meal. When I called Pizza Hut, the manager said it was my problem and I needed to contact Doordash because they made the pizza but Doordash wasn’t delivering it. I wasn’t having any of it and eventually I did get them to agree to remake and resend the order but only after arguing the point. Thanks for ruining a nice gesture for a friend and turning this day into a nightmare for me and her family.

They put the wrong sauce on our wings but it was still good so we didn’t complain. I was only really disappointed by a new item being advertised on the table that we weren’t allowed to order. The waitress said maybe in January we could order it but it’s November and the display was on the table.

The only pizza hut i can withstand to stomach anymore. Always just tastes better, and fresher than from the typical chain pizza hut. If you can get past waiting a little bit to be seated you will be glad you did once you get the food brought to you. But since they decided to get rid of their pizza buffet i have to remove a star from them.
