I order from this Pizza Hut regularly but I noticed that if I’m doing a carryout and order online they have the tendency to give themselves a tip. I ordered online yesterday and my mother picked it up, which she signed for it and didn’t put any extra amount on the receipt. The original charge was $26.29 but on my bank statement the charge is $31.54 which was not authorized . This isn’t the first time the employees have done this, the same thing was done months ago when my 14yr old son went in and got the carryout order I was charged for an unauthorized tip, which is why up until yesterday I was doing cash only. I’m a single mother on a budget and was trying to do something nice for my son because he made valedictorian of his class and I think it’s very immoral for the employees to take advantage of situations like that. I will no longer be making online orders for this location, they clearly can’t be trusted.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza hut. I placed my order online at 715pm. Email said pizza would be ready at 735pm. I walked out with my pizza at 820pm. Initially I felt bad for the 2 employees working but I watched them be rude and ignore pretty much everyone that walked into this store after they ignored me. Don’t waste your time here I certainly won’t be coming back.

Took my grand daughter here after getting her nails done next door. She loves the personal pizza and wings, and even though you can’t order all flats we seem to have all flats in our order! Good looking out pizza hut!

Pizza is sub par. Crust was nothing special. No buttery taste. Just bland. Sauce was flavorless and ” can like. ” Wings were dry, hard and flavorless I wasted my money on this garbage!

This has become my favorite Pizza Hut. Not after today. It’s sooooo many different pizza spots to choose from in chicago , regular chicagoans know. I’m from the south and this is what I’m use too. I came in today with my son , it was busy of coarse ! It’s Halloween weekend !! I didn’t care because I’m a general manager at a fast food restaurant. But the guy who “seemed to be in charge” was very rude. It was disgusting honestly. The light skinned African American woman who had the grey hood on was so calm. I doubt she was a manager because she had to call someone to be informed on how to do a cash refund . Either way, she is what this place needs. She held her own! I’m writing this to tell you that I appreciated you staying calm as well as replacing my pizzas because they were clearly old. You deserve the best and if it wasn’t so busy, I would have offered you a job at my store! The rest of the workers .. please find something else other than a job dealing with customers. I doubt I’ll ever come back to this location. FYI , this comment was posted 10/29/2022 & I arrived at this location around 5:50pm and I left at 6:56pm. Do better Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza at 5:24pm and was given a delivery time of 6:10pm. The pizza arrived at 6:50pm. I prematurely tipped the driver and received a pizza that was almost an hour late and cold.

This Pizza Hut is going downhill. Previous years I use too get a well baked pizza now I get a no effort pizza from its cheese falling off of it. Plus the customer service isn’t the best I don’t need smart comments when I’m being polite
