Every time I order from here either they forget something or the order is wrong. Tried to call to let them know I didn’t receive an item and asked if it could be delivered still, she said they were super busy, when I told her I would take a refund she said no refunds then told her I’d like to get it delivered and the lady hung up on me, didn’t even confirm.. I called back and she answered and continued to give attitude and very dismissive and wouldn’t let me speak. Try another pizza spot y’all

I wish I could give them a 0 stars… i just moved to an area where pizza actually delivers so I was excited bc my kids love Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza and bbq wings. The entire order was rushed and horrible. My pizza doe wasnt finished !!!! Soon as I picked it up it was undercooked? & mushy !!! Then the wings were drenched in watery bbq sauce horrible.. im On my way to bed they said they can give me a new order but not a refund.. it’s 10pm & if y’all delivered it that aweful strong pass. We had cereal for dinner lmao, im good. Never again smh. The fact they even delivered this mess is insane to me!!! I wouldn’t recommend this location at alll

Ordered through the app, was waiting over an hr to realized they canceled my order without any noticed! Bad service, I wish someone could’ve of reached out to let me know they weren’t taking orders, I would have understood but to do it and make me and my kids wait for nothing??? And they weren’t even closed, order at 11pm and they closed at midnight.

My order was placed on line 45 minutes ahead with the scheduled time. But I arrived at the restaurant, nothing is ready and have to wait another 10 minutes.
The floor tiles are broken and covered with a floor mat that it so easy trip and fall. Please fix your floor by the registers.

I ordered online and the pizza was ready on time. This was my first time at this location, I was confused at the location from the outside, it has Pizza Hut and Wingstop. Fast service and the worker was nice. FYI a Large size seems more like a Medium.

They refused to cancel our order after we put together different dinner plans because of a delay. They were making 50 pizzas for someone else. Yeahhh, we want to cancel our order and get a full refund, what a crazy expectation to have.

Pizza Hut has classic great pizza. One of my favorites as a kid had always been the stuffed crust pizza from them and having it again did not disappoint. It’s no longer the best pizza I’ve had, but it’s still pretty damn delicious.
