50$ for two pizzas for delivery is steep especially when I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and didn’t get it and I need the extra sauce because I have health issues that make swallowing drier foods hard for me and the toppings were bare minimum to the point where it was insulting . I ordered a pepperoni and sausage and bacon and pineapple…some of the pieces had no pepperoni and no bacon and the pepperoni and sausage was dry and overcooked on top. We ordered later in the evening but two hrs before closing so no big deal and I didn’t even bother calling because what’s the point. I would rather pay more and order from Rosatis and I’m a huge fan of Pizza Hut normally but this is my first time having it since moving to Illinois and I won’t be having it again!

Been getting supreme pizza here for years, never had issues, always solid & never stingy with toppings! & the app always has deals ! Other locations I’ve tried aren’t as good as the Plano location! Supreme pizza with stuffed crust but usually I get hand tossed and it’s SO GOOD. & have always done takeout & it’s ready FAST! & THEIR BUFFALO WINGS are so yummy , although kinda pricey but love it enough to get it everytime.

I was overcharged and instead of receiving a refund I was told to dispute it with my bank and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone got extremely rude aggressive and irritated. Honestly its just 10$ overcharge bit its the principle for me. I called corporate and was advised there’s nothing they can do besides call upper management but per the worker upper management is the one refusing to approve the refund.

Pizza was whatever, had no real “pizzaz” to it. Had gotten the chicken sausage medium and it literally was whatever.
We ordered a bacon cheese bread special, and we got a garlic one instead.
And not only that, the garlic bread that we didn’t ordered was so entrenched with raw garlic, I figured that I can scrap it off and use it for cooking later on in the week and save some money from going to the grocery store.
We also ordered a side of chicken Alfredo pasta but when you open the box, the portion was a little lower than half of the aluminum bowl it came in. For this issue, I don’t know if it’s a store policy and that’s the normal portion that it comes in. I wouldn’t know, since this is my first time eating from this Pizza Hut location but if that’s the case,
Definitely not ordering pasta again if that’s the case.

Great job!! My deep dish pizza was cooked perfect & delicious!! Sometimes its not always this way but seems they have gotten better. I will order from them more often again. Always super nice staff. Manager goes over & beyond!! Glad to see improvement!!

Wish I could put zero stars.. for the second time now. My pizza was not even in the system when I got to the store. Upon arrival I was told we haven’t started you order. Even though the screen said order ready. They told to come back in 15-20min. Irritated already I left and came back 20min later. I pickup my order get it home only to realize it is the wrong pizza not even close. The solution.. bring back the Wrong pizza and we will give the right one in 15-20 min.. nearly 1 hr and a half and a huge headache for a pizza. I contacted the corporate office. Don’t waste your time with this location.

SO RUDE!!!! Customer service was awful. Called regarding my curbside order stating my husband was there, as instructed to do on the Pizza Hut app. Whoever answered the phone rudely snapped back “K I just gave him the food” to which I respond “oh thank you! I’m sorry” and then he hung up. So disrespectful and distasteful. I will definitely not return to this location. Train your employees to do better and be better! This was sad.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. We ordered our food online and set a time for pick up an hour and a half later. When we get there to puck up our order, the cashier tells me it’s gonna be another twenty minutes. So I go out to car and wait. Twenty minutes later I go into get food and they can’t find my order in the computer. So I pointed to the lady cashier and said she just told me I had to wait 20 more minutes for my food. Then she remembered she cleared out my order and put receipt on counter. Manager came to counter and said we are still waiting on breadsticks. So after another five minutes I get my food and leave. I get home, sit down to eat and my pizza is cold, hard and taste like it doesn’t even have sauce on it. This place is dirty inside and out. Service here absolutely sucks. Will never eat here again and don’t recommend this place at all…

Order for pick up and got the wrong pizza, not only was it wrong it was absolutely terrible and burnt on top of if. Not sure how they could have given me the wrong pizza since it was slow and I was one of two orders on the screen, silly me for not checking. Called the store they said they would give me credit and it’s linked to my phone so shouldn’t be a problem, well no credit… yorkville location is much better if your in the mood for fast food pizza
